The second shift must be their B team. I suppose everyone needs a turn at bat, but it was three strikes at this rest stop. A triple play of terrible service at the BK, the Starbucks, and the convenience store. The bathrooms were none too clean either. Seriously, Starbucks ladies, if you are going to just stand there and ignore paying customers, please have the common courtesy not to complain about other workers who suck at their job. You weren’t doing that great yourselves. Grease pooling from my sandwich, and cashiers with a snarky attitude. Travelers, make sure you stop in Ohio first.

Clean and nice customer service but if you are pumping gas the bathrooms are on the opposite side just an FYI. Starbucks was a must! Glad they had that there(BK, Pretzels). The gas station area was well organized and the employees were nice. My only complaint is that bigger vehicles don’t necessarily fit properly on the pumping area. It’s kinda cramped. But it’s so convenient to have a service stop right off the highway and back into it within seconds unlike the Midwest or West Coast. You have to exit and make 3 turns before the gas station.

PA Turnipike rest stops are always a sure bet. Clean rest rooms, Starbucks t keep you awake on your drive, and the best sual selection of fast food options, including this ngs you didn’t know you were not n the mood for; I ate dinner already, but sure, I’ll have a pretzel dog.

If you’re traveling on the PA Turnpike and dropping $ 20+ for the privilege to do so, you should be taking advantage of all the stops you require to make the trip enjoyable. Bathroom breaks are a must and the women’s side in particular is large and has an abundance of stalls to service the mass female population. Coffee pit stops are also a necessity when road tripping it, and Starbucks appears to be a staple in all the service plaza’s. They’re not a real Starbucks but they accept my gold card and keep me caffeinated. Of course a gas station is always included so make sure you fill up as you make your way back onto the Pike.
