5 stars for customer service. It’s Mother’s Day today and my GE gas range broke down. GE gave me a service appointment 5 days after. I had to turn off the main gas line which meant no heat.
I call Aero for help. I got back a prompt callback with instructions on how to handle the situation without having to spend money and get them to visit my home.
Yes, they gave me instructions that would lose them my business for the short term while I wait for GE.
Aero has found themselves a loyal customer going forward.

I have used Joe for a number of repairs over the years and have been nothing less than completely satisfied. I consider myself a bit of a handyman and do as much as I can myself but I also know when it is time to call a pro. Joe is accessible, affordable, knowledgeable, nice, on time, and honest. I manage a restaurant in Fremont and we are so grateful to have found Joe about a year ago. Our stackable washer and dryer are constantly working and have been for the past 8 years. Now, as the appliance is nearing the end of its life, Joe continues to come in and work miracles. Our previous repair man would always be booked 4 – 7 days out but Joe has never failed to come out the same day and has
always managed to get us running again. Most recently, he came in on three consecutive occasions due to a faulty lid switch that he managed to get to work rather than replace. This man showed his integrity by honoring the work from the initial invoice and not charging a dime for either of the subsequent visits. He is very reasonable with his pricing and is every bit worthy of five stars from anyone who he does work for!

I was also impressed with Joe and how fast he repaired my washer. Quick, fast with reasonable pricing.

I’ve used him four times now for (thankfully) minor but necessary repairs on my fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer. He is super friendly and courteous, responsive (usually available same day or within 24 hours at the most), available on weekends and evenings at no extra charge, does super fast but efficient work, and his prices are quite reasonable. I actually have a home warranty that covers major appliances, but I actually prefer to just call Joe and pay out of pocket since I know he’ll get the job done and I won’t have to wait a week or deal with placing warranty claims. THAT’s how much I love Aero Appliance… I’m willing to pay extra than I even need to for their speed and service. Can’t say enough good things… thank you Joe!!!
