Paul charged me up front to do three minor repairs on some of my Hunter-Douglas window coverings last April. He completed two repairs, but the third — replacing a broken handle on my Luminette shades — remains undone. He brought the wrong sized handle and said he would get the correct part and return. He has ignored several phone and email messages so I guess I just have to give up. I’ll contact Hunter-Douglas to see if they have any better alternatives than Window Dynamics.

I used Paul’s business twice after Hunter Douglas referred me to his business for warranty work. He works out of his home. The address listed is really a mail drop business. He failed to call me on both occasions to tell me he had the shades back from repair, but he claimed to have left a message. The first time it took him some time and several calls back and forth to actually locate my repaired shades. The second time he charged me $ 50 for the repair after telling me that it would have been covered by the«lifetime» Hunter Douglas warranty.

I tried to reach them but looks like they are not doing business anymore. The message on the phone says I did a mistake, too bad they didn’t even leave a decent message.

Window Dynamics(also known as Hydrotech Blind Services I believe) installed brand new Hunter Douglas Silhouettes in my house in 2010. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the windows and window sills as part of the job! The owner is in a wheelchair but still came out to make sure everything was done correctly. I have them come out once a year and remove all of my window coverings, take them to there shop and clean them so they continue to look fresh and new. They always have them back to me and re installed by the end of the day. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!
