I frequently goes to the hospital for my 3 year old mid shaurya. environment us very friendly here and the doctors like Dr. sam and Dr. Stephens are very friendly to kids.

Since my baby was born I was trying to find a good doctor to care for him. We saw 4 different doctors. I was always trying to find someone good, that would listen to my concerns and not only rush through appointments.
Dr Namita is the best doctor we have ever had. She really listens to you, waits until you finish asking or talking, and does not rush. She is great.
The new office is San Ramon is beautiful, clean and organised.

This is a horrible place that I don’t recommend it to anyone. They never sent us any follow up notice or a reminder about my child vaccine or important issue. Their office operator is not cooperative at all and never listen. They didn’t try to help and they were very careless about their patient.

My children are now 19 and 20 and have gone to these doctors thier entire lives until recently. They have really cared well for my children!
Dr. Stephen, I will never forget the night my son came into the ER with severe breathing issues and you came in and did not leave until he was stable! We never left your office because you, your wife, and all of your staff cared so much and so well for my children. Thank you all so much for all the years of excellent care!

So far this is the best pediatrics office in the Tri-​Valley. We switched recently the kids to this office and we absolutely love it, specially Dra Lindsay, but they are all great doctors. They actually talk to us and aren’t the robotic «question & answer» type of visit.
I definitely recommend them.

I like the doctors here, but I don’t like how long you have to wait to be seen. Every time I’ve gone in I had to wait 14 – 45 mins, with a baby that’s to long of a weight.

We kept seeing one doctor after another thinking we’d find a good one at this practice; we didn’t. Regardless of who we saw, the doctors talked down to us and the appointments were rushed (the doctors would basically run out of the office before answering a question). One visit (a return visit, required by their office), a doctor told us she «had no idea what the previous doctor in her practice concluded». Really, you’re looking at the chart!!! The front office was only worse. Their billing is contracted out to a woman named Kathy, who never answers the phone or returns calls. Horrible service! Not the care I want for my child. Get the most for your money and the best care for your loved one — GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Our son has been seeing Dr. Sam for a year now and we are very happy with the information he has provided us. The shots are quick and the staff is good with our son. The reception staff is friendly and helpful as well. We have seen a couple of the other Doctors there for next day appointments but we feel Dr. Sam is best one there.
The only issue I had was a error in billing that I had to call about 5 different times to get fixed. The other issue is that sometimes they wont let you make your annual appointment after your visit, you have to call at a later time and you might forget.
Other than that minor stuff we are very happy with Dr. Sam as a Doctor for our son.

I recently moved here from SoCal and I am so impressed with these Doctors and staff! They remember my kids names. The doctor themselves call to follow-​up on your child’s health progress. They are open late on weekdays and open both Saturday & Sunday. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes to see a doctor. The doctors are very thorough in their explanations. The staff always a step ahead of me. Great, Highly recommended.

I have to give at least 3 stars cause the doctors themselves are amazing and its not because of them that we stopped going. Dr. Lionel and the others are incredibly knowledgeable and excellent doctors. The reason we left is because we had been going there for about 4 years and at first they were very good on time, but over the last year each time we went there we were waiting for an hour or longer. The last time we went they said they could see my daughter who was sick at 3pm. After standing in the sick waiting room for 40 minutes where there was literally people out the door they called us back and they took her measurements and then sent us back to the sick waiting room for another 15 minutes. Then they called us back in for the doctor and after waiting for 30 minutes in a check up room the nurse came in to tell us they would have to reschedule. That was when I told them that I would never come back because I felt so disrespected. After trying to be patient with them about their lack of courtesy when it came to scheduling this was too much. So in the end great doctors but terrible office and schedule management.

I moved to Pleasanton from San Diego in May and am very picky about DRS — especially for my son. Dr. Sam and Dr. Lionel were both recommended as pediatricians. I cannot say enough about them both — my son just started preschool and has been sick 2x a month since starting. Here are the highlights:
* The office is open on the weekends so you can make appointments — this is incredible and a huge benefit.
* Both Drs let me know they care about our son and family — they call after hours and on weekends to follow up on how he is doing
* I never feel rushed during a visit and they make sure all questions are answered
* I get all of the facts — the risks and their recommendations. We discuss how aggressive we want to be in treatment.
* The group stays very current in what is going on with the medical field — especially in asthma which my son has.
* I never have to wait to be seen — The staff is incredible and I think the longest we have been in the waiting room is 5 mins — and I have been there more than 10 times!
* Overall the DRS and team I have seen have been professional, on-​time, smart and on the cutting edge of what is new and current in their field. I highly recommend this practice.

I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Lionel. He is such a fantastic doctor! He has an amazing demeanor and he is an encyclopedia of information. When i have had to call the advice help line after hours, he always personally calls to follow up with our daughter’s condition. He also has a young family, so it is great to be able to pose the question… what would you do?

I have been going here since my 1^st (preemie so we went A LOT) was born. They are amazing. Very caring and thoughtful. Anytime there has been a emergency they have got me right in. We seen all the doctors. They are all great. Primarily we see Dr. Lionel, totally trust his judgment on what to do for my kids! They have 2 locations, both are very nice and clean. The Pleasanton location has a «well side» and a «sick Side» which is a total bonus. The staff is great too!

Dr. Sam and Dr. Lionel and Dr. Namita are our favorites!!! So thorough and patient! Our daughters are 3 yrs old and 10 months old. When our older daughter turned 6 months, we transitioned to a physician practice that I actually work for. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the services my own employer provided. Decided to come back to Tri-​Valley pediatrics after 3 visits with doctors I work with.
Staff are all sweet and polite! Not all docs in this practice are as awesome as Dr. Sam and Dr. Lionel and Dr. Namita, but they are all good ;)

Hands down, the best pediatricians office in the Tri-​Valley! We have been a patient since 2006. The staff is friendly, know us by name and they are familiar with my kids’ medical history. My baby was also born at Valleycare and the care we have received here is excellent.
My older son has taken a liking to Drs. Sam & Mary but we have seen every doctor here (they now have 6) and they have all been good. They are great at accommodating same day appointments (including sick visits on Saturdays) and returning your phone calls/​messages on the same day. I also like that they have 2 separate entrances; one for sick patients and one for well-​visits.

We’ve been visiting with Tri-​Valley Pediatrics since day one. Overall, very satisfied with the practice. They have a great group of doctors who really care about your child’s health and well-​being.
Our son was born in the same medical complex, and we were fortunate enough to meet Dr. Stephen who checked our son’s health at the hospital. Dr. Mary, his wife, is also fantastic as well as Dr. Namita.
Last month our son had a slight fever, so we had to bring him in for his first sick visit. We were very happy that they could see us, as it was a holiday, and we weren’t sure if they were open. Dr. Lionel was the doctor on duty that day and I didn’t appreciate the way he treated my husband. The other doctors are very obliging in answering any questions even if they are booked for the whole day. So we see Dr. Lionel and he gives my son a prescription for azithromycin. My husband had several questions, and by the third or fourth question, Dr. Lionel seemed to be a little annoyed about us taking his time. When my husband was asking his questions, Dr. Lionel was walking toward the door and saying «goodbye». It was a holiday, so the place was empty. Furthermore, I personally get upset when people ask me pointless questions and I get annoyed too, but this is the first time our son was ever sick, so I think just a few questions were expected and more than appropriate. He made it seem like we were asking stupid questions and we were wasting his time.
We are still staying with Tri-​Valley Pediatrics because I believe one bad apple doesn’t ruin the whole bunch. We just won’t see Dr. Lionel anymore, as we scheduled our son’s 24 month appointment with Dr. Namita next month.

I’m not the one to usually write reviews for places but I think when it comes to services that pertains to your child. all moms should share… especially when it’s your child’s pediatrician.
I had just moved to the area a month before giving birth to my second child who’s now ten months old. I was extremely anxious to find the right pediatrican. My husband’s co-​worker recommended Trivalley pediatrics to us. he said he’s been going there for six years and he’s very happy with them. So. I called and made an appointment. The staff were very friendly. I’ve gone there 5 times so far… I’ve seen Dr. Sam and Dr. Lionel. they’re both great. They spend a lot of time in the exam room to make sure all my questions are answered. What I appreciate the most is their weekend office hours which came in really handy for me last sunday when my daughter broke with a high fever. I called and they got me in right away. I highly recommend this place to all parents out there.

The staff is wonderful and the kids love Dr Sam. It is pretty easy to get appointments if you are flexible but they try to accomadate. I’m very impressed at how clean the office is and the art work on the walls makes it very warm and welcoming.

Dr. Sam is the best, we are so lucky to have found him. He delivered our baby and is so great with her!
