I had lost all of my family pictures plus work when my external hard drive corrupted. I took it to another place and they wanted $ 1400 to recover the files. This seemed crazy to me. I stumbled upon tech troubleshooter on the Internet and although they had no reviews (because they are a new company), their prices seemed more reasonable. I decided to try them out and was 100% happy with their work. Rocky was quick and efficient. He placed calls to me every step of the way which I was grateful for since my irreplaceable files were at risk. He recovered everything and I was able to pick it up the next day. When I got
It home I had some trouble transferring files (mainly because I am computer tech challenged), and Rocky connected remotely and walked me through it. I will recommend him to everyone with computer tech problems.
