Brad S.
Business Owner
With over a decade of civil litigation experience, Brad Stuckey maintains a practice focused on representing clients in employment litigation. He has extensive experience litigating wage and hour matters, including multiple jury trials representing both employees and management.
Brad grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. He received a Masters Degree in History from Kent State University where he concentrated his studies on 20th United States labor history. After graduate school, Brad was awarded a Trustees Scholarship at the University of Akron School of Law earning his law degree in 2001. During law school, he clerked at the Ohio law firm of Blakemore, Meeker & Bowler, LLP.
Prior to founding Stuckey Law Offices, APC, in 2005, Brad was an associate at Hughes & Clough, APC where he litigated commercial and medical malpractice matters.
