I have been suffering from intense thoracic back pain for many years. I have had facet injections, and a radiofrequency neurotomy with very limited success.
I was somewhat skeptical of chiropractic but out of desperation decided to give it a try.
I have been going to Dr. Sohl for two months and my pain levels have decreased by 90%!!
I would give Dr. Sohl my highest possible recommendation.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a higher rating than 5 stars. Months ago, I had a back problem that needed emergency care. The pain I have had in my back has been reoccurring for decades and after many visits to other chiropractors, I have finally found my home with Sohl Chiropractic.
I cannot express my gratitude with the professionalism, expertise and mind, body treatment that Dr. Sohl has provided. I have made major life changes, healthier decisions as a result of Dr. Sohl’s care and advice.
Not only is my spine healthier and free of pain, but I have come to realize the importance of additional visits to correct the ROOT OF THE PROBLEM! Dr. Sohl has a unique insight to medical and lifestyle changes that need to occur for my personal health.

I have been to many Chiropractors in my life, but none as all encompassing as Dr.
Sheena Sohl.
She treats your whole body/​person. She incorporates stretching, massage, life style changes and much more into her adjustments. She also works with your body to find the best/​easiest way to adjust you. Lastly she offers great suggestions on how to live a happier, healthier life. On top of this, she often has specials and bonus items for her patients.
I highly recommend that you try her out today. Your body will thank you.

I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain for about two years now. After seeing a chiropractor in San Jose with little results and no real plan of how to treat the pain I went to Dr. Sohl. After the first two treatments the pain decreased about 75% and After the third about 85% and the chronic pain virtually gone. I am still going to work on the remaining pain and keep the chronic pain from recurring. Dr. Sohl is very caring and actually takes the time to learn about you, your life style, what might be causing the issue, and actually has a game plan and direction to help solve pain problems. My previous chiropractor had me convinced that my issue was trigger point related however no matter how many massages or how much I dug into the trigger points the pain never subsided. Without a single mention of trigger points or deep tissue massages, just by analyzing how my body moves and with a few key adjustments Dr. Sohl has made me feel better than I’ve felt in years.

About six months ago, my husband noticed that our two year old daughter’s posture was not right. We could see very clearly that one shoulder was higher than the other. He already saw Dr. Sohl and was very happy with her work on his back and neck so we took our daughter to meet Dr. Sohl. My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Sohl. Dr. Sohl is sweet, kind, and gentle with her littlest of patients. Over these few months, our daughter’s posture is much improved and her shoulders are aligned. Initially, we saw Dr. Sohl twice a week and currently we have scaled back to once a week. I have noticed that my daughter sleeps better for her naps and at night. She also seems to be in a better mood overall-​a great thing in the midst of the «terrible twos»! We are thrilled with the work Dr. Sohl has done.

Dr. Sohl is professional, kind, and takes a genuine interest in my overall wellness!
I immediately felt comfortable and open minded to making changes for myself and for my health after meeting Dr. Sohl for the first time. She really helped me understand more about what was causing me discomfort and the benefits to using chiropractic services to correct the problem versus masking it with pain killers. I know have her in the forefront of mind anytime something feels off and I know she will have my best interest in mind. Because of Dr. Sohl, I know look at chiropractic services in a different way and feel grateful every day that I have met her.

I loved having gone to Dr. Sohl for my treatments. She helped me through 2 car accidents and I would still continue to see her if I hadn’t moved out of the area. I truly miss having her as my chiropractor. I enjoy chiropractic work in general, but I really liked the time she was able to spend with me during my treatments, how she explained what she was doing, and the deep tissue muscle work that was included in the treatment. I feel that made the adjustment all the more better. She treats the body as a whole and she gave me great advice on nutrition and sleep relaxation tips. I really felt comfortable talking to her. She also holds «workshops» for her patients and anyone interested in health. I think this really shows her passion for her field and for how she cares about you!

Dr. Sohl is super nice. Love the tour of the office and seeing all the gadgets she uses. She is very gentle and has a great patient demeanor. She explains everything and nothing feels sales pitchy or forced. She is a very genuine person.
This is the third chiro I’ve been to in the last 15 years. What really sets her apart is she explains everything and how it is all related. There is a true health focus.
Another thing that sets her apart is I never felt pushed to accept treatment. I understood from her exam and review of the exam with me that I «needed» the treatment. I am definitely seeing her for the rest of my life!

This was my second time dabbling in chiropractics. My first time was with another practice in Livermore and long story short I felt uncomfortable and didn’t let them work on me.
Dr. Sohl is a breath of fresh air! I feel like she genuinely cares about my health and well being. She gave a very thorough exam, corrected all of my problem areas and weened me off of treatment slowly, which I appreciated. She also gave me exercises to help me maintain my adjustments and actually FIX the problems, rather than just «treating» them.
Dr. Sohl has great hospitality and I really felt relaxed just being in her office.

Dr. Sohl has an amazing demeanor and is extremely informed. She takes the time to explain her recommended treatments, which most other chiropractic practitioners tend to avoid. Dr. Sohl has done wonders for my recurring lower back and leg discomfort with a combination of treatment and exercises that I can easily do on my own. Within just a few sessions, my discomfort had been significantly reduced. I am very happy with the treatment provided and would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sohl to anyone having back issues that just dont seem to want to go away.

My husband and I have been seeing her for about ²⁄₃ months now and we are very happy with the results.

I have had constant issue with my neck and trouble sleeping. And even though I was being treated by other chiropractic doctors for several years, my condition did not improve. But when I started being treated by Dr. Sohl, things really changed for me. She did several free xrays for me on a first visit, and quickly diagnosed a problem with my neck curve. And instead of just adjusting my neck, she started on rebuilding my curve and strengthening my muscles. I started feeling better after first few sessions, with really good improvements after a month or two. Now, several months after, my neck feels better than it did in years. My complete motion is back, and I tire much less than before. I keep doing the exercises and stretches she prescribed, and enjoy my life much more.
The massage treatment I am getting there also helps me a lot. Rebecca’s painless deep massage really cleans up my muscles from the inside, releases the tension that accumulates from my work, and helps me sleep much better.

Dr. Sohl does a great job. I had neck and back pain and have been seeing Dr. Sohl for three months. I feel much better and am glad I gave her a try. Well worth my time and what a difference this has made in my life. Would recommend Dr. Sohl highly to help you feel better in your day to day life to become pain free.

As a first time chiropractic patient, Dr. Sohl put me completely at ease by performing a complete spinal exam with x-​rays. She then explained my exam results thoroughly, and presented me with a wellness plan to get me back on track. She even demonstrated how she would be doing the adjustments on me. Dr. Sohl is friendly, compassionate, and truly concerned for the well being of her patients. Suffering from intense sciatica pain, she went way above the call of duty — adjusting me on her days off to get me through my acute phase. I would highly recommend Dr. Sohl.

I’ve been to a few chiropractors over the years in the various cities I’ve lived. When I moved to the area, I wasn’t looking for a chiropractor; however, I was encouraging my boyfriend to see someone for his back pain. While at a Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce mixer I encouraged him to go talk to the Chiro there. He met Dr. Sohl and started regular treatments. He can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sohl and how much better his back feels!!! …
Fast forward a few months later, I get a twinge in my back down my leg and can barely walk. My bf immediately calls Dr. Sohl and she gets me in that day! She pretty much immediately helped my back but I knew I had other «issues» (my terminology) and I am expecting a baby (8 weeks at the time). She set me up with a treatment plan and I am soooo happy I did. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and Dr. Sohl is helping me as my body changes. She is not only one of the kindest people I know, she truly cares about everyone’s well being. I am so happy to have met her and will continue to see her throughout my pregnancy!
