I actaully wasn’t able to use their service since they couldn’t send drivers out of the area, However, I did want to mention that their phone number has changed to (925) 245 8884.

Christine answered promptly at R Lance and after calling their 5 tow competitors, I realized they were not only the least cost, but R Lance was the quickest to tow my truck. And the best part was they were an hour earlier than promised, and charged me exactly what they quoted on the phone.

I had a repair man comes to the house and he accidently locked his keys in his truck. Lance came over in 15 minutes and was able to unlock the door. They were reasonably priced too.

This is the type of review you don’t want to write because it means you had car problems.
My car battery died, again so I called AAA and the service from the local service company, R. Lance & Sons was yet again excellent.
They came within 10 minutes of my call to AAA. The worst I have had is about 40 minutes but they are usually much quicker than they state. They even called me to say they would be another 5 to 10 minutes and the guy drove in as I was on the phone.
The tech didn’t just jump start my car but he cleaned the battery terminals thoroughly and tested the battery as well.
All done with a smile and friendliness. R. Lance and AAA are great organizations. Thanks guys.
