Love love love this particular QUICKLY! The wonderful owners used to have a QUICKLY in San Ramon which was my first taste of tapioca milk tea and boy did I become addicted. The owners Claire and Andy are very nice and they hired very friendly people. I was saddened that they sold their San Ramon location and am only able to visit the Stoneridge location occasionally. I tried the T4 which is where their old location used to be but I just can’t find anything there that equals my favorite, PINKPRINCESS drink:(I sure miss them being close by.

I was shopping and craving some popcorn chicken and iced green tea. I figured there was a quickly here so I immediately came to order my two cravings. Let’s start off with the experience, I was greeted by a young girl, who I couldn’t quite head over the surrounding noise of kids and people in general walking around. I asked if they had pop corn chicken since it didn’t indicate so in the menu. It said quickly fried chicken steak and fried chicken steak. I wanted to clarify and she couldn’t quite tell me what the chicken was. As in. Is it popcorn chicken? I then went on to decide okay I’ll take it. Next I started to order, the cashier messed up and I said green tea and instead gave me Green apple tea. Although she did add in the light ice and light sugar. Next I ordered a milk tea– I told her no tapioca and of course when the order comes there’s tapioca which it never said so in the receipt. I then clarify the revisit and tell them that I didn’t want green apple tea and she said I know and I said. Well on the receipt it said so, and she said oh thanks for catching it. As I was waiting for my chicken that took quite some time, there were a couple of orders that were also mixed up. I would like to say, taking the order and getting the order across to the others is not hard at all. I’ve worked in the food industry; I completely understands it. I am disappointed by the service. Then… I continued to wait for my chicken and of course, no one knows who the customer is, and let’s be real, there’s only 2 of us and the store is the size of a closet. The cooking of the chicken took way to long– simply because he didn’t know how to fu everything at once. I’ve been to plenty of quicklys and this by far is one of my least favorite locations.

Great addition to the mall! The worker who helped us was very friendly. I got a bubble milk tea w/o boba. I liked it. It was just right. My bro got a thai milk tea w/boba. It was good as well, way better than the one at the actual quickly in tracy where it always tastes watered down. They put way too much boba tho. This place is right by surf city squeeze. We were supposed to go to surf city until we saw the huge price increase on their drinks. Luckily we saw someone drinking quickly so we looked for this place on the directory and found it.

Five cuz Erika feels bad about not being able to give 4.8 stars. Mainly she thought the taro tea could have been made slightly better. It was pretty good tho. I think lol. Quicklys is awesome but expect inflated prices cuz it’s a mall.

This Quickly’s is right next to Surf City inside the mall. When I asked if they had popcorn chicken, she said yes. I ordered it. To my disappointment, I got fried chicken steak instead… Ok, I guess they’re both chicken? I also ordered the regular milk tea and matcha green snow. At this location, you can customize how much ice you want and the sweetness level. I got standard for everything. The milk tea wasn’t as good as the other Quickly’s I’ve tried, but the boba here is pretty fresh. It was chewy, but plain. The matcha green snow tasted better. Overall, this place is convenient if you’re shopping at the mall.

If you want a smoothy, full of ice, come to this place. I hardly found light flavor and a bit of yogurt. 90% was ice. So no pleasure in such mix

Two stars for friendly services. However the earl grey royal milk tea is a total failure. Tasteless. I can make a better milk tea at home. Go to sharetea or Kung fu.

This quickly becomes my go to spot now every time I am around this area! This location deserves five stars. Excellent drinks and food! The popcorn chicken I ordered is fried perfectly and super flavorful! Best customer service I’ve ever been to for all quicklys! Highly recommended! Great for a quick snack!

This Quickly just became one of my favorite milk tea places to visit! Every time I’m around the Dublin/Pleasanton area, I avoid getting milk tea at Dublin’s Quickly because their quality is super atrocious and I never have cash on me for Café Tapioca. Now that this place is part of the mall, it is incredibly convenient for me; especially, when I love shopping at Stoneridge. I have purchased three drinks from several occasions and haven’t been disappointed. I believe this joint is going to be successful because of their cordial customer service and high quality in drinks. I’ll be looking forward to ordering more drinks every time I’m at Stoneridge! I give this place a solid 5 stars.

Love this location! It’s right across the street from my job so it’s a definite must to pick up a boba before work. Usually I’m not a huge fan of quickly but this one is super nice. The staff are quick, friendly and very welcoming. My drinks always come out quick as well. Haven’t tried the food, I will soon. I’ve been looking forward to this location, and the best part is there is no credit card minimum! Most quicklys I go to require a fee or there isn’t any card machine at all. Not everyone carries cash. I highly recommend coming here for a quick boba after shopping or just hanging out.

I generally avoid Quickly’s at all costs. Not a place to visit if you’re interested in quality milk tea. But at the end of my shopping trip, I just wanted some iced tea. Ordered an iced lychee black tea, 25% sweet, with lychee jelly. Drink came out… quickly. Sweetness was spot on, barely sweet at all. Lychee jelly portion about right(ran out of tea and jelly at the same time). Black tea tasted somewhat like coffee. Not sure if this had something to do with powders used for tea or something not being thoroughly washed. In any case, not a horrible experience. 3 stars for my drink, but I wouldn’t order milk tea here. Also unable to evaluate boba quality. They seem to be lacking popcorn chicken at this location, but they have plenty of other deep fried snack options. Not a bad addition to Stoneridge. Took over the Hot Dog on a Stick location, 2nd floor, near JC Penney.

I’ll be the first to admit that I really had my doubts about this place when I first saw it. I’m very used to Quickly’s being the McDonald’s of Boba. I’ll also admit that I’m kind of a Boba snob. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was not crazy crowded, service was fast and courteous, and the person who took my order was fully Florent in English. I saw this new option of Flirty milk: another way of saying fruit milk. Being very easy of syrups being used at places like this, I asked what fresh fruit was available. She said watermelon and avocado, so I asked if I could have fresh fruit be made into a flirty milk. She said sure, and it turned out amazing! Will definitely come back for more next time. My partner ordered the hazelnut flirty milk, which even at 80% sweet was too sweet for him, so I’d recommend cutting the sweet way down and sticking with fresh fruit options.

I’ve been interested in Quickly for a while, but I’m not really a bubble tea fan. At various locations, they have pizza, noodles, and other food in addition to drinks. Seeing this location within Stoneridge, it seemed a good place to get a drink, especially with a migraine. I ordered a coffee milk tea and my buddy got a blueberry slushie. At just over $ 6.00 for both(small), the price wasn’t bad, especially since small wasn’t tiny. Mine was good, and my buddy was like«Wow!» about his. If they’re at least this good around San Jose and the rest of the San Fran Bay Area, I’ll be happy to go there when Peet’s isn’t available.
