History

Established in 2003.

Established in May of 2003, based in Pleasanton, CA. The owner and qualified manager, Phil Flores has 26 years of Law Enforcement (retired 12 January 2008) and 25 plus years of U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve with five years of Naval Intelligence experience (retired 1 January 1995).

Since leaving the LE career PRISM has been working full time as a private investigation company doing cases such as criminal defense investigation, civil investigation, locating and interviewing witnesses, finding missing loved ones, dead beats and skips on lawful debts, scene photography and diagrams and testimony in court in that regard.

PRISM is a member of CALI, the largest Investigative association in the U.S., involved in laws and regulations of the PI industry protecting the privacy and rights of citizens, Phil has held the position of San Jose District Governor and is currently the San Jose District Director, serving on the Board of Directors.

Business Owner

As the owner of PRISM Investigations Phil Flores has vast experience in conducting investigations. During a 28-​year career in law enforcement he has worked a variety of assignments and received training in a great number of law enforcement and investigative related topics. He has worked uniform, plain clothes, and undercover assignments all successfully. Some of his assignments include Sexual Assaults Investigations, Background and Recruiting, Vice/​Special Investigations, Training, and of course, Patrol.

Along with the law enforcement experience Phil had 25 years of service in the Navy and Navy Reserve. The last 5 years of that time was spent in Navy Intelligence as an Intelligence Collector and Interrogator. During that tour of duty he spent many hours training and being trained to perform a very complex job.

All of this experience and training has translated into a valuable asset directly related to private investigation.
