Pooch Sitters is a professional in-​home pet care service providing loving, reliable and affordable care for your pets. Our mission is to treat your pets and home with the love, care and respect we use to treat our own. We believe in nurturing pets in their home environment and helping them follow a consistent and reliable schedule so that you return to a happy pet.

Your pets will be personally taken care of by one of our insured and bonded Pooch Sitters. Our Pooch Sitters are American Red Cross First Aid certified.

–We also specialize in Group Trail Walks for your dogs, one of the only pet sitters in this area that does this service.

History

Established in 2003.

We are a family owned business between two sisters, Lisa and Mayra. Between the both of us we handle two areas for California. We both were in the business world of the Silicon Valley working for fortune 500 companies. We saw the dot com bust as an opportunity to do what we have always wanted to do, which is a pet sitting business and the rest is history…

Business Owner

Lisa is our Co-​Founder of Pooch Sitters (2003) and was the Lead Pooch Sitter in the Elk Grove/​Sacramento Area. She has now relocated to the Pleasanton area and is handling the Tri-​valley area.

* we are now offering some services in Tracy, CA.

Lisa has an extensive background in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Management. She has four of her own dogs and has always had a strong affection for animals.
