Established in 2014.

Pleasanton Transmissions & Automotive has been open for only 2 years but has established itself as the «go-​to» place for all your transmission and general automotive needs.

The owner and mechanic, Pete Cordero, has been serving the Tri-​Valley area for over 25 years. He is well known in the community and and has the trust of other local businesses because of his thorough workmanship and «cut-​no-​corners» attitude. We hope that in the coming years that our business history will grow and you will be apart of it!

I give Pleasanton Transmissions the highest referral. Pete is a great mechanic and knows his stuff. He is an experienced transmission specialist and also does standard auto repairs like oil changes and brake changes. I referred my friend to him for her brakes and she feels happy and safe with a new set of brakes installed at rhis shop. I myself ran over a nail in Pleasanton and Pete repaired it for me within the hour. If I have questions about my car I trust Pete’s opinion.

My son was quite distressed after he took his car into another shop for tires and was told his car needed LOADS of work that would cost quite a bundle. He called several places with the list of repairs that were needed and got the best price here. Excellent & friendly service and a mechanic who knows what he’s doing~~who could ask for more?
