Pleasanton Ready Mix Concrete Inc.

Beware of Pleasanton Ready Mix Concrete Inc. drivers. Below is an interaction that my fiancé had with one of their drivers the morning of Thursday January 21, 2016. When I called to discuss with who I think was there manager, Rob Santos, he defended his drivers actions that he was driving with a full load (not sure how he knows this when he doesn’t even know which driver I was referring to). Below is what happened.
Happened on Stanley blvd, and the video was on Stanley blvd and bernal after I merged in front of him on Stanley he followed me so closely that I thought he was going to hit me. Once we got to the next light on Stanley, where I took the video, he started threatening me and asking me to roll my window down while insulting me. Once the light turned green he made a right, signifying he just pulled next to me and held up traffic turning right just to threaten and yell at me. I was only able to video tape the end of the confrontation that happened at the stop light after he was following so dangerously close that if I stopped quickly he would have hit me. When he was threatening me he kept telling me to roll down my window, which I didn’t but I could still here him yelling at me. This happened today at approximately 7:20am on stanly blvd in pleasanton. Once I started video taping he stopped threatening as much but kept telling me that people like me are the problem with the world and stuff like that and insisted I roll my window down as he is sticking his head out yelling at me.
The threatening and yelling continued for more than 3 minutes on bernal ave and Stanley blvd after he followed me dangerously close that I thought he was going to hit me numerous times after I merged in front of him (there was a merging Lane prior to the stop light on Stanley and bernal that I merged in front of him as there was no one merging in front of him and I was following the 1 car merge alternate rule)
