Came in tonight was about to get a bracelet for my bf’s sister. I got through with the picking and everything when she packed it. I asked for a box and this lady went to ask, probably the manager. She told me that they were out of boxes. Yea right. I came last time with my friend when she purchase hers and they told her the same and she didn’t want it. But they gave her one just so they can sell the product. This cheap ass place would rather save on boxes than to satisfy their customers.

Walk in into this Pandora with bright smile and warm greeting from Kathleen. The store is clean and girly. Kathleen is such a sweet sale assistant in Stoneridge Pandora!!! She is very attentive and very much patience with me all the time!!!

There’s a really nice lady in this store named Kai and we have purchase from her multiple times and she is always very attentive and approachable. I will always remember to look for her next time. There’s another lady, Liz, who helped us and she seemed like she was irritated by something in her life and was the total opposite. I wasn’t the only one who noticed. I hope she’s in better spirits when we return next time. Having friendly people in the store makes us come back and we hope it stays that way.

I didn’t want a Pandora. I was given one. I took it back, with gift receipt. I wasn’t allowed to return it, not even to the credit card of the person who purchased it. I had to give it back to the person who gave it to me and ask him to return it. Unless you know FOR SURE that the person you are buying it for really wants a Pandora, and nothing else will do, don’t get it. Remember those ridiculous zoppini bracelets? We all had one, there were charm stores everywhere, and they went out of style fairly quickly? I see that happening with Pandora. Except Pandora is a lot more expensive. No thanks.

I was really SHOCKED when I bought over $ 200 of stuff when visiting my Girlfriend and when I got home I decided to return some of the stuff and exchange some. When I got to the local store near where I live GUESS WHAT. NO CAN DO they refused so my only option is to got across the bridge $ 5.00 and wear and tear and gas. WHICH THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME.
And I just bought over $ 600.00 for my daughter in June. So much for customer service. Now I wish I could return those also.
They just lost two customers totally. We will be buying Chamilia from now on.

I love that they opened a pandora concept store near Livermore. The sales people are all very friendly! Because this pandora is at stoneridge mall tri-​valley residents don’t have to drive all the way to oakridge mall in San Jose to buy charms.
I don’t like the random support beam in the middle of the store, but that can’t be helped.
