Lynda is the best!
We had to update our landscaping to sell our house. When she had finished it broke my heart to leave it behind!
She found wonderful pots and a cute table which we were able to take with us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynda for any landscaping project!

Lynda designed a complete makeover for our front yard, driveway and walkway. Her design draws compliments from everyone walking down the street. She listens well, and adds creative touches so your yard looks unique. Lynda’s selection of plants should add color all year. She suggested three potential contractors for the work and we selected Kerri Landscaping for the job. Their work was excellent as well. The yard was just completed so we don’t know how it will look in a few years when plants mature, but we expect to be pleased.

The ideas and creations that the landscape designer came up with for my backyard are so unique and mesmerizing. She incorporates landscapes that appeal to every sense. Every design has visions of a yard that is not only gorgeous to look but functional. She does a fabulous job and will fill your yard with such beautiful landscape that you will love to look at it everyday. I know I do! I loved working with her and highly recommend her to anyone!

We used Lynda recently to design our backyard. It worked out perfect ! She understood exactly what we wanted. She was timely, was able to get us in contact with an awesome contractor, kept an eye on the ongoing work and came back to check the finished yard. And we got advise on how to maintain. We could not be happier and would recommend Lynda to everyone :)

Lynda is wonderful. She has worked with us on our Ruby Hill home for many years — doing overall landscape design and then regular «updates» as we need them. I would recommend her. I especially like that she incorporates unique plants from Australia into our landscape that are not seen in other yards. Makes us feel unique. Also she does a great job in trying to organize so there is always something blooming, regardless of season. Not easy!

Our experience with this landscape designer is through our neighbors. She has caused a fair bit of grief for us by selecting a tree that will be 25 to 35 feet wide at maturity and then planting it in their yard only 3 feet from our fence in an area where the houses are only 20 feet apart. In addition, the tree is planted only about 8 feet from the neighbors house and foundation. (Recommendations for the type of tree are 15 feet from any foundation.)
I don’t know if she doesn’t think through how the yard is going to age, but it seems highly inappropriate to recommend a planting scheme where the garden you are designing is going to encroach as much as 10 feet into the neighbor’s yard (which is not very big to begin with). When we raised the issue, our neighbors said they were willing to move the tree but the landscaper was going to charge them to fix the issue — which is not right since they are not the ones who chose the tree.
If you use this designer, just make sure you review all the plant selections and understand the long term impact to you and your neighbors. Do not assume that she is taking care of it.

Lynda designed my backyard back in 1998. My yard is lovely and we have really enjoyed it over the years.
Today I had the opportunity to tour a property that Lynda recently designed in Pleasanton off of Foothill Road. It was truly one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen, complete with unique Australian plants, gorgeous pots, wandering pathways and 3 incredible water features.
Lynda is a very talented landscape designer and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lynda and her company, Outer Visions.

Lynda was great at listening to what we wanted and giving us great options. She encouraged us to think about different ideas. The process resulted in a beautiful design that everyone who sees it says it looks great. She also gave us some excellent contractor references. We selected one of her references, Nico Echeverria Landscape out of Livermore, and he and his crew did an excellent job.
