We bet 100% healthy food when we put about 12 oz of Premium Steak on our Medium Size Pizza along with our Premium Grande Wisconsin Cheese & Fresh Cut Quality ingredients. You are to be sure that we are not playing Dominos nor Pizza Hut in The Pizza Business.

New York Pizza opened in 1992 in Pleasanton. We came to Downtown Pleasanton Main street, rented an old historic building, originally an ice cream shop. We added Pizza to the ice cream shop. Today New York Pizza has customers from all over the Tri Valley area (Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Livermore) and those who live far out in other States will come visit us time to time.

Good Citizens Of America:

In 2010, we served our country by joining the United States Army in Afghanistan. Our mission lasted 4 years while our pizza shop still operated in Pleasanton.

NYP is one of a handful of pizza joints that serve gluten free pizza. We discovered their pizza at a party which wasn’t gluten free but ate it anyway. It was delicious and we looked them up to discover a gluten free crust option. The gluten free crust is pretty good. Compared to Amici’s and California Pizza Kitchen, NYP won our family over. They deliver and have an online site that has easy ordering options. Definitely recommended for both gluten free and non-​gluten free options!

Downtown pleasanton staple pizza place. This place is a throwback to the family owned restaurants we all love. The pizzas are cheesy with a crispy crust. The best topping used to be halal pepperoni and we hope the owners are able to source this item again! Current favorite toppings include beef pepperoni, olives and pineapple. The cheese is super stringy, just like great mozzarella should be.
There are free chocolate chip cookies and fruit for patrons. Wow, thanks! This helps explain all the high school kids enjoying pizza on a rainy day.
You must go here, remember to ask them to bring back halal pepperoni.
When you’re done eating there are to go pizza boxes to take home leftovers.

Great place in Pleasanton for pizza and they stay open late! Order at the counter and find a seat at one of the tables or booths.
The slices here are huge! It’s $ 4 for a slice of cheese pizza but it is basically two slices so share with someone if you’re not too hungry. The thin crust was perfectly crispy and the pizza was super cheesy. Definitely hit the spot.

It took these people 2 HOURS to deliver our pizza and calzone!!! They never called to explain there would be an additional delay. I called 3 times to find out if they even made the food in the first place. Once we got the pizza it wasn’t hot and the order wasn’t correct. I ordered fuzzy water, got charged for it and got cheap ass Costco still water.
I had the gluten free pizza and it tasted like cardboard and no seasonings on it at all. I will NEVER order or recommend this place!!! Two thumbs down.

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery to our office for an eat-​in lunch. We weren’t sure if they delivered to Dublin but they sure do! The pizza is perfect — most people love all kinds of crazy toppings on their pizza but take a chance and order just cheese. It is to-​die-​for. Love this place!

Today was my first day coming to New York Pizza with my family. I guest you could say I’m new to this pizza York. Any way their is immediate parking right in front of the restaurant which was cool. We had gotten to the front of the line and had saw that their was five sizes of pizzas. There was small, medium, large and x-​large which are the usual sizes. But New York Pizza brings a new size to the table. Introducing the Party size pizza for all types of parties. Super Bowl, Birthdays and any other type of occasions. There is also free cookies for the kids and some tempted adults. Once we had ordered we had sat in a nice spot in front of the TV in the second room.
Once we had waited the approximate time until our meals came my x-​large pizza had came along with a $ 7.95 personal pizza with 5 toppings for my brother. If there’s one thing New York Pizza doesn’t have is a large price. One restaurant cost $ 20 for a personal pizza. Whaaaa? That’s why you should choose New York Pizza. Also the cheese was very tasty. Sorry I’m not a taste expert. Any u way all the staff were kind and polite. I would always come he if I had to be asked where would you go for pizza in the USA? It would be here. These are some reasons why New York Pizza is the best for me.

Love their pizza. Everything on the menu is delicious. We always stop by here after our boys late baseball tournament. Friendly staffs & they gave us complimentary toasted pesto bread. We’ll always keep coming. Wish there was one near by our house.

Came here to celebrate our Co worker’s birthday as we have been craving pizza. Upon arrival, place is very neat and clean.
We decided to share two medium pizzas which came out to be more than sufficient for a party of 5. We also ordered buffalo wings and the owner/​cashier gave us free garlic bread on the side. For some reason the 20% discount was too late to use since I found out about it as he was ringing us up. Didn’t understand why he couldn’t reverse it or make adjustments.
The garlic bread was very soft and tasty. The all meat and Hawaiian pizza were delicious! As an ex pizza worker, the crust was perfect thickness and soft. The ingredients were on point with the right amount of cheese. I haven’t had a good pizza in a long while. My biggest disappointment are the Buffalo wings. They were absolutely disgusting. I knew the moment it landed on our table that they were frozen and pre baked. It looked and tasted exactly like the pizza place I used to work at. It would have been a perfect pairing if they simply made their own buffalo wings, it’s not that hard!!!
Overall, I would definitely return just for the pizza. Excellent, can’t wait to try out the other combinations. Generous portions as well.

This was the best NY slice since my last trip to NY. It’s legit! It was huge too! They actually vave me a slice abd a half… shh. I got the sausage and green olive. Perfect crust thickness and made to order in less than 5 min. The guy behind the counter even gave me a free small soda to tide me over. I’m coming back with reinforcements soon.
Don’t forget the free cookies on the counter.
Also, it might just be my mood, but the napkins are the softest I’ve ever felt in a restaurant. Kinda cool.

Came in and ordered a large cheese pizza for my kids,
Asked what kind of cheese they were using and the gentlemen in the front said Grande and he went back there and brought a couple of sealed bags of Grandè Cheese so I said well this a great thing not one single pizza place in Pleasanton uses Grande Cheese. Umm let’s find out how their sauce and the crest blends in with the cheese meanwhile I was offered complimentary snacks and fruits while my pizza was being worked on. Bam!!! The guy calls my number And the pizza box arrives on top of the counter and man the heavenly smell of the cheese and the steam coming through the cracks of the pizza box made me ask for a plate and sat down. I was heck with it let me try a slice before I take this baby home. The sauce was ok but the perfection of the crust blending with the cheese made me eat half of the pizza so I ended up ordering another large pizza for the kids. Man if you are in to quality pizza and especially cheese… This is the place you wanna try and you would fall in love with their pizza because most of the pizza place in this area has taken the cheap approach towards making a good pizza.
I would Defiantly be a returning customer for sure and would highly recommend this place.

I needed a big slice. I got it here. Oh my goodness was it delicious!!! I’ve had the hardest time finding a true, full, thick, and scrumptious BIG SLICE. Just looking at my pizza made me want to indulge in a can of coca-​cola! Haven’t had anything like this EVER!
Is it wrong to wanna go back for desert? I want more of this pizza!

Absolutely recommended. My wife and I came in for a single slice. We paid $ 4.77, and the portion turned out to be that of 3 slices. The quality was just as a pizza should be. Lightly crispy, warm, with quality cheese and sauce.
There were also a few pleasant surprises as well. Without needing to pay a penny more, we got complimentary soda, fruits, and cookies. I find myself a bit overwhelmed by their generosity, and will be leaving a healthy tip.

They get the 4 stars for the awesome service and the perks they give you for buying a slice of pizza. Free soda and free ranch! The pizza itself is a good 3 and a half.
I ordered a slice of Sausage and Mushrooms and it is a big slice and under $ 5 like most other places in the area. The place is very clean and the people working there are very nice.
If I was in the area I would go there again. I am still looking for a good place in the Tri-​Valley that stands out with 100% fresh slice of pizza.

Came in here starving, but didn’t want to ruin dinner that wasn’t too far off. The plan was to split a slice between the two of us. The price in the board was a bit of a surprise. (More than I was expecting.) I was told it would be 5 – 6 minutes. I guess they don’t have slices ready to go?
5 – 6 minutes go by, and they bring our slice out to us. It was huge. Pretty glad they cut this in half for us. Definitely plenty to hold us over, and a decent value for our$.
Walked over to meadowlark for a soft serve, and everyone in line and the workers there asked where we got our pizza from. I guess it smelled good :)
The crust was thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The ingredients were fair, and they didn’t skimp here either.
I’ll be back to try a whole pie next time.
