Luis is a smart and experienced loan agent. He has closed conventional, FHA and FHA rehab loans for my clients. Sometime the loans are easy and sometimes they are hard, but he always ‘hangs in there’ and gets the job done.
In December 2012 clients ratified a contract and he got the FHA loan approved and funded in 2 ½ weeks.

He was referred to us through a former client of his. I was so excited that i had a referral. We spoke on the phone, took awhile for hi to get back, i had to text and ask if i gave the wrong number, he finally called was a Friday and he said that he could meet in the next few hours, i was leaving anyway, so i said i could stop by, got my baby and there we went. He has an empty office in Pleasanton, he collect some information from me, i thought we were going somewhere, he suggest couple steps for our housing situation, i was encouraged. But suddenly, without any warning he got up from his chair and came towards me and my baby girl and abruptly walk in front of us going towards the door, dismissing us, cutting the interview short, leaving me wondering if he was or wasn’t going to work with us. I was very disappointed for going there wasting my precious time, for being treated in such a dismissive manner, i rather found that earlier if he spoke to me on the phone, then going all the way there and waist my time. Found him to be very unprofessional in regards to interacting with a client, bad manner leaving me thinking that i was kicked out of that office, not feeling heard at all. No, i would not refer him. He is rude, and as far for the years of experience, he didn’t learn a thing about interacting with another human being.

I recently worked with Luis on a 203K renovation loan. He made sure that we understood all the complexities of the process, and most importantly, he kept us on schedule. He is a very experienced agent who knows his stuff. Not only is Luis professionally competent, but he also really cares about helping people. i’d highly recommend his services.
