History

Established in 1957.

Founded by Paula Zagaris, she received her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus. She is a Certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Paula’s memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 25 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners’ goals and objectives. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, and a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation.
