I highly recommend this place! Customer service was beyond my expectations. They greeted us right away as we walked in (and my name on was on the cute chalk board). We got started and I instantly felt comfortable. I told my consultant what I was envisioning and she let me browse and even brought a couple to me that she thought I would like. She was very respectful of my budget as she brought dresses to me which I truly appreciated. They have a good selection of dresses in the shop. I really liked how they were NOT in bags and was able to feel the actual fabric. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on and actually tried it on more than once. Not once did she make me feel rushed. I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. We will definitely be back for my bridesmaids as well!

The service was amazing! The consultant was so friendly and even gave her honest opinion. We did not feel like she was pressuring us to buy an expensive dress. She didn’t even ask for our price limit so we did not feel restricted. Very good service and I’m soo happy we found a dress for my sister!

Unfortunately this shop did not have what I was looking for. They did not have much of a ball gown selection and absolutely none without beading. I left here empty handed, but my consultant was nice, though a bit rushed (not as personal as others I met). Place is cute and clean, but the dressing rooms are kinda out in the open, so the floor gets crowded on a weekend.

When I went to this bridal shop I was excited. I had gone to one other shop but had not yet found my dress. When I came into the store and talked to the bridal consultant she said that since I was getting married in less than six months that there was not anything for me. I thought that a trunk sale meant there would be a lot of available dresses off the rack. I was a little discouraged right from the start. I said I wanted to look anyways. I told her the styles I liked and the size that I was in the other shop. She had mentioned that sizes vary and I should try on different sizes. I went around and picked dresses not knowing if they would fit me. I liked more of a mermaid style but was open to trying on anything. I wanted to look at all the dresses but she said since the room was small I should try on the dresses I had already had so I went into the room to start trying them on. Every dress I had pulled did not fit. Since she said the size I thought I was could be wrong I pulled other sizes that did not fit me. It was very discouraging to try on five dresses that did not fit. I was not sure if I wanted to continue. She said that I needed to get dressed so I could look for more. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t have finished looking for the dresses before I changed and she could have brought them into the room for me. Also why continue to let me try on dresses that she knew would not fit me. In addition all the dresses were very dirty, some black on the bottom of the dress from being tried on so much. I got dressed and brought in more dresses. I did find some that did fit me. As the consultant was helping me hang one of the dresses a panel was missing. The panel was never there. She looked through my stuff and even looked near where my purse was. It was humiliating! I held back tears and tried to have a conversation with the consultant. I would never steal something let alone a panel for a dress. She also asked me if I was already married like I was just there to try on dresses. I was trying to hold it together and stay positive, although I was so offended and disappointed. I have worked in customer service over 13 years so I was surprised by her behavior. She said she would soon be getting married herself and was leaving the company. Once I had tried on all the dresses I could not wait to leave. There was one of the dresses that could be delivered in time for my wedding so despite what she said about not getting a dress in time it was possible. After my experience I did not want to go to another bridal shop. I obviously had to and I had a great experience at a Brentwood shop called His and Hers. The shop was very welcoming when you walk in. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable. The dresses are in plastic so they are clean and you can buy the dress right off the rack. There was a great variety of styles in different sizes. They made me feel really good. I came back a few times and even had one of the owners of the company helping me with the fitting of the dress. They even stayed up late one night for me so I could bring my mom. I ended up buying my dress there and had a wonderful experience. In addition before I went there I also went to a bridal shop in Dublin which was also excellent; I just could not find the dress I was looking for.
This review is just to share my experience. I think every bride should feel special and comfortable when looking for a dress. Maybe some people have had great experiences; I just unfortunately did not.

I knew my experience here would be great right when I entered the door and saw their cute chalkboard sign with handwritten text saying Welcome with my name on it! The owner, Jaime, helped us that day and was super helpful, kind, and patient. Everyone who works there seems to be very happy and excited about weddings, which just added to the thrill of a first-​time wedding dress shopping experience. I appreciated that they never made me feel rushed and were so helpful in choosing styles they thought I’d like.
They had a pretty nice selection of dresses to choose from, even though the place is on the small side. The interior was bright, cute, and very comfy and clean! Their product and alteration prices are also fair (better than a couple of other places I visited). Jaime truly made my first wedding dress shopping experience a positive one, with excellent and accommodating service! I didn’t think I would ever enjoy my experience as much as I did, seeing that I am just not a big fan of clothes shopping in general, but this really proved me wrong! Highly recommend to anyone looking for their wedding and/​or bridesmaid dresses :)

J’aime Bridal was by far the BEST bridal shop I worked with! I knew the dress I wanted to buy as soon as I tried it on, so I shopped around for the right bridal shop to give my business to. I’m so glad I chose J’aime Bridal. Their selection for both bridal and bridesmaid dresses is amazing (so many choices!) and they are all so friendly and happy to see you. Jaime (the owner) knows me by name/​voice/​face and always wants to help out. When my veil order got messed up due to numbers being transposed, she rush ordered me a new veil and it arrived that week. My wedding wasn’t for another good 6 – 7 weeks away at the time, so she didn’t have to do that. Definitely go here if you’re in the market for a dress!

I can’t explain what a fabulous experience I had when dealing with Jamie’s Bridal. We ordered a junior bridesmaid dress. The dress arrived and was the wrong color. I had to say nothing Jamie the owner stepped in and took over very calmly. She was not able to secure the delivery of another dress. Jamie ordered the material and had one of her experienced alteration persons, Janis, recreate the dress for us.
Needless to say it was finished on time and with expertise!

The first time I came here, I came with my friend who was getting married. (She found the one here!)
The second time I came here, it was for my own wedding.
I have to say, their dresses are GORGEOUS! This was the store that made me feel the excitement of wedding dress shopping. Unfortunately they did not ask me for my budget, hence they picked several dresses that were way over my budget. I was able to take many pictures. One thing I didn’t like is how everyone can see you when you try on the dresses.
Sadly, I wasn’t able to buy from here, but definitely come check it out! Very cute location too!

After a very long weekend of dress shopping, J’aime bridal was my last appointment, and I am so happy and thankful that it was! My consultant made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to what I was looking for. Each dress she pulled was closer and closer to what I wanted, and by dress #4 I had found the one. They also went above and beyond in assisting with alterations and working around my schedule. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses here and everything went so smoothly. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and a beautiful dress!!!

I went with my friend as she tried on wedding dresses. I’m married and have been through the process before and we went to another shop before this one.
This ship we cozy but so cute. The staff were very pleasant and so accommodating even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing without and appointment. We got as much attention as we needed.
I love that the dresses are NOT in bags. You can feel them and move them and look at them to see if it’s really what you want. The staff really know the gowns, too. We weren’t quite sure what we were looking for at first but when we found something that had a feature we liked, they immediately brought something else that had similar features and found other styles that matched our fit and style. At the end, all information was written down so we knew exactly what we tried on and what we liked (not like the other place which clearly is hiding it so we have to come back there, which we won’t).
I highly recommend this shop!

I had an unfavorable experience here. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this dress shop.
I didn’t want to go into details, but in response to the owner’s comments below…
It’s unfortunate that the event I ordered my dress for was cancelled, and yes it was not the dress shops fault. However it is unfortunate that they decided to not provide me with my dress on time, they chose to postpone the order and didn’t contact me the paying customer, regarding this as I was going to use it for another event. It wasn’t until the event date passed and I requested a charge back from my credit card company that my dress magically appeared and was available to be shipped to me for my convenience. It is truly unfortunate that it took over a year for this to get resolved and required my credit card company to step in. FYI my credit card company heard both sides and in the end sided with me giving me all of my money back.
Bottom line is that if my dress would have shown up when it was supposed to I would have had nothing to complain about, that unfortunately was not the case.

Visited J’aime twice to try on Bridal gowns. The front of the store is all bridesmaid dresses, and the back of the store is all bridal gowns. The store has their dresses laid out on racks along the walls for the brides to browse through. I don’t remember if the dresses were categorized by designer or style, but either way it was very easy to browse through them since they were not zipped up in plastic as other stores have them. They carry a good range of sizes to fit all brides, and a fair price range to meet all budgets (on average it seemed like dresses were $ 1,200). The only thing I didn’t like about the store is how close the bridal viewing stations are. There was a bride whose bridal viewing station was right next to mine by less than 5 feet. We were so close that I kept having to walk in between the bride and her party every time I changed dresses and had to get to my bridal station.
A review on their consultants:
–The first time in May I was helped by Stephanie. Stephanie was really helpful in pulling dress styles that I liked, but she was pretty emotionless throughout my entire appointment. She never smiled, she was monotone, and she seemed really tired. I actually didn’t care about all that because she was really helpful with my dresses and pulling styles that I liked.
–The 2^nd time I visited in June was for their Maggie Sottero trunk show. I was helped by another consultant whose name I can’t remember. I want to say it’s Melissa but I really don’t remember. Anyways, I really liked this consultant because she had the energy and smile that most brides want to see when they visit a store to try on dresses.

This is a very cute store with an extensive collection of beautiful, designer line bridal gowns at a range of different price points. I’ve been to quite a few bridal salons– J’aime Bridal definitely ranks high on my list of favorites. The staff here are nice and accommodating, and ask just the right amount of questions to make you feel comfortable but not awkward. I found several styles of gowns that worked really well for my body type, and I think I might be thisclose to finding «the one.» I need to sleep on it for a night or two, and maybe do a repeat visit. I was overall extremely happy with my experience here, and would definitely recommend to other brides.

So I will start by saying I never actually purchased anything here but received very good customer service from the ladies working there!
I went in to buy bridesmaids dresses and was on a very tight time schedule because I had waited too long to pick them out. I made an appointment with one of my bridesmaids and came in to try on a specific dress, and they were very sweet in helping us and took my bridesmaid’s measurements.
Naomi in particular went above and beyond to discuss my options with rush ordering the dress etc and contacted me multiple times with what I needed.
The prices were very reasonable and ultimately the only reason I didn’t purchase the dresses here was because the location where I got my dress offered me a 15% discount.
Would definitely recommend this place for any bride! And they had an awesome selection of wedding and bridesmaids dresses!

My mom and I were strolling down Main Street and happened upon this bridal shop. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and they offered to help us in any way. We looked around and looked at the dresses (we are actually planning to have our wedding this year), and ended up finding a few that I wanted to try on.
They were so kind and offered to pull dresses for me to try on! I didn’t even have an appointment. We were so pleased with their willingness to help out that day.
I ended up trying on maybe 6 – 7 dresses that afternoon. Jaime offered her honest advice and was so in tune with the look I was going for that she knew what other dresses to pull from the shop that I would like! She is the owner, so for her to be so helpful was immensely appreciated. She got along so well with my mom, too.
I adored almost every dress that I tried on. I was looking for fit ‘n flare dresses with very simple, minimal decoration. I had a few on that had some beautiful lace, and I loved those too. And let me tell you, the prices are WONDERFUL. I have been all over the Bay Area trying on dresses. The prices here are fair, and very reasonable.
I have another appointment coming up in the future, so wish me luck! I am hoping to secure my dress! I will write an update soon.

I wanted to give a good update. Although I didn’t have the greatest bridal experience here, I ended up getting all 4 of my bridesmaids dresses here. Thankfully, J’aime Bridal pulled through with flying colors. Almost all of my bridesmaids were at least a 30+ minute drive from their store and one of them was in San Diego. The staff here kept my order correct and straight for everyone. I was very pleased at the service. My bridesmaids were nervous that they were getting their dresses ordered since we all didn’t meet up in a single get together but J’aime was very pleasant and professional. They took care of all the details for us and I wasn’t worried. The staff members were able to get all the orders correct over the phone and place my BM dress order in a timely manner. The dresses were in the correct colors, style and they even shipped them to my bridesmaids! Thanks J’aime Bridal!
P. s. I ordered all my bridesmaids dresses in the color «oyster» and apparently, the staff liked it so much, they kept recommending it to other customers. I love it! For reference, I uploaded a picture with this review. The oyster colored bridesmaid dresses looked awesome with my pink wedding dress!

They have a good variety of gowns here, but didn’t have the same type of service I’ve received at other bridal shops. I had to put gowns on and hang them back up on my own, which was a little nerve wracking. There is a decent selection of gowns but nothing that caught my eye.

My wife got her beautiful wedding dress here. She shopped around to a few shops across the East Bay at several price points and we realized they were all about the same. But once she found the dress she wanted, we were able to find it at the best value here.
And this shop was highly recommended to us as well.
Great and attentive service through the whole process including stream and press. Allowed us to store the dress there until seamstress was ready. Recommended an awesome seamstress, Janis, as well from our local area

I discovered this store on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot. I tried on 5 dresses and said yes to the dress. I had a great experience here. Good customer service, quality dresses, good prices, alterations, and my gown & bridesmaids dress arrived on Time as promised. One major thing that stood out with Jamie bridal is that I added one extra besides maid at the last minute. My wedding was April 19 and because I waited so long to add this extra dress the promised arrival date was April 11. With that being so close to my wedding date the ladies made me feel very comfortable that things would work out. They were great about following up with updates. They even steamed the dress which was a big help. I was very appreciative to have done business with such honest and pleasant women. If I could do it all over again I would defiantly choose this bridal store again!
