We understand that «leaders of leaders» in business are expected to «hit the numbers,» create thriving teams, and make a substantial personal-​brand impact.

Our philosophy is that mastery in the executive office requires a balance of «outer» assets and «inner» assets. Outer assets include Vision, Planning, Communication, Leadership, and Impact. Inner assets include passion, self-​understanding, emotional intelligence, humanity, compassion, and curiosity.

Meet the Business Owner

Jay B.

Business Owner

Jay Bennett led corporate teams for nine employers in the high-​tech and finance industries over 25 years. He led sales operations, operations, marketing, technical support, and customer service teams. His employers were large and small, public and private, domestic and international.

Jay earned a double major in Economics and Psychology, Cum Laude, from UCLA, then an MBA from Cal Poly. At Cal Poly, he finished 2^nd in his class.

His most recent training includes Executive Coach training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Jay is committed to personal development, loves to connect, and is passionate about helping people.

Jay is an avid mountain biker, reader, creative cook, painter, and writer.
