This review is specifically about Lara Wood Keyser — she is an awesome escrow officer. I am a realtor and have to deal with all kinds of personalities, I try to utilize Lara as often as possible when working with clients. She is exceptional when it comes to helping finalize a transaction. She always has a smile on her face, and is very helpful with the many questions that can and do arise. I have never had anyone feel rushed, she always takes my phone calls, and responds promptly to emails. I have worked with her for many years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend her services and those of Chicago Title. I love the central east bay location, right off the ⁵⁸⁰⁄₆₈₀ interchange, it makes it very easy to get in and out from all over the bay area.

As anyone who has been through it knows, escrow can be a really stressful process. This is why we were very grateful for the efficiency, professionalism and fast responses from the team at Chicago Title.
We mainly worked with Liz and Nikki and they were really terrific. Any time we had a question they responded quickly. They were organized and really on top of things. As I said, in the sea of stress near the end of escrow, it was really great to have Chicago Title bring it home so smoothly for us.
Ms. Sullivan who walked us through the actual signing of the loan documents was wonderful. She was really patient and friendly and didn’t treat us like this was the 20^th one she did that day!

This title company is extremely professional and diligent with fantastic customer service. We used this company with our mortgage company to refinance about 4 years ago. These folks are so thorough and wonderful.
Like I stated we used them a few years ago and they did some forms for my spouse and he lost them. He went there recently and they printed some new documents and notarized them for free. This was really great.
