This is a way overdue review of CPB. CPB has been my property manager for the past 3 years and I must say Michael & Mejgan has done a phenomenal job managing my rental unit. I have gone through multiple tenants in the last 3 years and each time the tenant lease agreement ended, CPB has had a very quick turn-​around in marketing the unit for rent and finding a new tenant for me within a few weeks which is great! CPB has made my life so much easier when finding new tenants and hassle free to me as they would do all the screening & advertising the unit for rent and then update me on the top candidates to review. I even purchased my current home that I am living in through CPB as well. Overall, CPB is a really good company with friendly and hard working team who will take care of your real estate or property management needs. I truly highly recommend CPB!

Mike has been a gem throughout the whole process. He had been my wife’s agent when she originally bought our condo over 10 years ago. At that time he really went above and beyond to get her into a place. Luckily, he sent a holiday card right around the time we were thinking of selling the place.
He was an invaluable asset in terms of getting us the best price possible for our unit. He gave great advice about marketing the place and making it look as presentable as possible (not easy to do with our toddler). He was exceptionally efficient with all paperwork and quickly answered any questions we had. We ended up getting $ 43K over our asking price — which was wonderful.
Things were a bit more difficult when it came to getting our new home. After all, it’s a sellers market right now. But he soldiered on. Helping us through the heartbreak of getting outbid. Recommending a few rough diamonds that we’d overlooked. Giving us perspective as to which issues on a house were easy to fix and which should be avoided. As with selling our home, he was always very quick to communicate and deal with issues. And now we have a beautiful home in a great neighborhood.
I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. He was a truly exceptional broker. He doesn’t feel like a salesman, he’s a great champion for his clients. Throughout the process, we ended up a meeting a variety of agents as we looked at houses. Some of them felt so metaphorically oily that you just didn’t trust a word they said. Mike is so very genuine.
Mike is thorough, meticulous, energetic, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Truly a top notch realtor.

My sister was going through a difficult time in her life and needed to sell her home. She owed more on the home than it was worth, so she wanted to just walk away. Fortunately (and it’s a long story), she met Mike. He was able to help her sell the home and handle all the issues that came with it. I think he kept us all from losing our minds!

This guy is TOP NOTCH, faster than a speeding bullet, but not Superman. Michael came IPAD equiped and everything was resolved over a cup of JAVA!!! Tech Savy & using emails was his preference, he responded like lightining to all my emails as if he stepped into a phone booth, everything went seemless to all my needs and I now live in a safe neighborhood because of his expertise.
