Beautiful Brows

I have trusted them with my brows for my wedding day! I usually go in just to clean up my natural brow shape and they do a great job. They don’t over shape and they’ll redo any areas you feel are not quite right.
I most recently came in on a Wednesday evening. I needed my brows done before I went on vacation with my husband. I waited a few minutes while the lady was tending to another client. Service was quick and she was able to fix my brows nicely. I do wish they would be more welcoming with their customer service. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in and sat down to wait my turn.
If you’re looking to park your car closely to the location, park near the mall entrance where Forever 21 and Buckhorn Grill are located (in between Sears and Macy’s). It is a convenient stop to get your brows done while you’re doing some
shopping.

This business is not well ran today me and my wife went in for her to get her eye brows done not only did the lady that was helping us was rude, but DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO EYEBROWS. she gave many cuts and the eye brows now have random gaps becuse her hand kept slipping and then she blames me saying the gaps were there before! all in all if there was a way to give 0 stars we would do so. STAY AWAY if you dont want messy ugly eyebrows.

From a males perspective, I don’t know how well they do for women, but the service was alright. To be honest it’s either a hit or big miss. I’ve been going here since they first opened but I just went today and my eye brows look really beat. The young girl who did them wanted me in and out, AND made my brows hurt like crazy. It’s probably the first time I’ve been in pain, and she broke her string hella times on face while also struggling to figure out if my brows were even straight. I don’t know if this is a lack of experience, or just the materials used but it’s probably best to go somewhere else.

I always ask for Erika. She is always very friendly and she always asks what I think before she is done threading. I like the results I get.

I walked in to this place on Sunday to get my eyebrows threaded. Thank god i got this girl who did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I had done with other girls but this girl nailed it. Glad to know that she works on Sunday and Monday .

Parisha did an amazing job! I love my brows and will definitely be back. If they ever bring back their package deal again, I will definitely buy that deal again!

Sadly, I have to agree with the low ratings already submitted by others. I had my first eyebrow threading experience at this place because I was conveniently in the mall and I knew I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded and not waxed because of my sensitive skin. One worker there is very sweet and understood what I wanted. However, two other ladies I had seemed to do my eyebrows quickly like they just wanted to get it over with. One of these ladies did not even offer me aloe or lotion for my very red skin. On one occasion, I tried to tell the worker to keep the shape of my brows and just clean them up, but at the end I immediately noticed they were thinner. I plan on trying another threading salon soon. Personally, I think the prices are too high for the job done.

My brows looked fine, but the girls there aren’t very welcoming. In fact in seemed like they were just trying to get me in an out as fast as possible so they could continue whatever conversation they were having when I walked in. There are tons of places in the mall, or even Pleasanton that you could go. Just go to one of them.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this place such a horrible review but it’s inevitable. Especially since my other visits to this shop have been good. I visited Beautiful Brows today, 5÷28÷15 and I hate to say that I won’t be returning. I normally go on Thursdays because the young lady who normally threads my brows works on that day. Well today there was another person there and against my better judgement I allowed her to thread my brows. I simply asked her to clean them up but instead she hacked them up! My brows are asymmetrical, much thinner and just overall look a mess. If there is no consistency among the workers and the owners allow people to simply practice on people this place should really close down. If you like playing roulette then feel free to visit this establishment… you may win or lose. Today I definitely lost!!!

I had such a bad experience at beautiful brows threading in stoneridge mall in front of forever 21 in pleasanton ca. My teenage daughter went to get a brow cleanup and ended up with many cuts under her brows. The lady tried to explain that her skin was very sensitive but i told her that I always take my daughter to get her brows threaded at other places and this had never happened. The lady ended up giving me half of what I paid. Its past seven hours and my daughter eyelid is still red and swollen. Whatever you do don’t go there. Don’t recommend it.

Lets just say this isnt the best place to go to get your eyebrows done. Theres so many different places in dublin, pleasanton, or even the mall itself to go. I wouldnt recommend it because she used a really thick thread, and personally i think it hurt a lot more than my usual threading place in dublin. She didnt even bother to brush out my eyebrows or even trim them. I know probably my usual eyebrow place might only do this, but this place doesnt put calming cream after the threading on my eyebrows so they dont sting. And now my eyebrows hurt really bad. They do look nice and clean but just the process was not good. My experience wasnt the best either, the lady that did my eyebrows wasnt very welcoming. They had a chart with all the «different types of eyebrows» and they were kinda crazy looking. Overall i wouldnt go here again.

I’ve gone here twice and both times have been impressed by the end result. Sweet technician and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Needed to get my eyebrows threaded, and my usual place was about to close. I was in the mall and this place had high ratings (definitely should have looked more into it and saw that there was only one review…) and was the cheapest in the mall — I picked it out of convenience.
This is literally the worst eyebrow threading experience I have ever had. Not only was it painful, my eyebrows came out looking horrendous. I asked the woman whether I should wipe my brow to help her because I had put some pigment on earlier in the day and she said no. I was like alright… She then began to thread and it was more painful than any other place I’ve been to (I’ve been threading my brows for about two years now). After she’s done one, she lets me look and I’m already regretting my decision. She has changed my shape and it looks kind of rough but I don’t say anything in fear that she makes it thinner. She moves on to my other one and it turns out fine but now my eyebrows are completely different lengths. I asked her to make them the same length and she literally shortens it by a centimeter and now they are NOT THE SAME LENGTH (again). Besides the terrible threading job, my eyebrows didn’t get trimmed (so sad) and she used a very questionable baby-​powder smelling lotion to moisturize after. The woman who served me the whole time — I’m pretty sure she did not smile once and she barely spoke english. Please tell me how a business can be upheld like this.
Regrets, so many regrets. Literally walked out in tears. There is not much that can fix a bad eyebrow threading job.
TL; DR it sucks. Don’t go.
