Bay Area Academy of Music started with Piano Lessons and expanded with the need for more types of music lessons including guitar, violin, voice, cello, ukelele and drums. The school grew from one teacher to several professional teachers with masters level education who are professional performers as well as instructors. We provide private lessons with children and adults who want to learn how to play.

Bay Area Academy of Music is a private music school teaching 1:1 lessons for youth and adults. The music school was started in 2004 as a Piano School and added new instruments as demand in the communicty grew.

Today the school provides lessons in Piano, Guitar, Violin, Cello, Viola, and Voice. Membership to the school is based on monthly lessons. Two recitals are given each year in a local venue so students may share their love of music with parents, grandparents and friends.
