So this limo company was probably the worst I have experienced. The driver was rude and dressed somewhat unprofessionally and had no socks on… the limo itself smelled gross and was falling apart on the inside. When we arrived at the location and requested to exit the limo the driver kept taking his foot off the brake thus allowing the limo to MOVE while we were EXITING! I couldn’t believe it. He never opened the door for us while we were getting in and out he merely went up to his seat and let us scramble to get in and out. Would use again.

The most disrespectful customer service I have experienced to date. 24 hours before our departure to Napa, we were informed our Limo was in an accident. Things happen. But when things progressed and we asked to be reimbursed for the $ 120 reservation at the winery… this company turned into a nightmare of disrespect. Quote from their owner are below.
«making a big show has obviously not paid off for you. Had your e-​mail shown the tone of a reasonable person your wine tour with our company would still be a possibility at this time. …Your e-​mail has been forwarded to my attorney. A level head and manners go a long way.»
This was in response when we asked to have them extend their offer since the trip was scheduled 2 weeks before the voucher cancellation date and they had not weekend openings remaining.
Speaking of manners, they could use some. A ridiculous show of immaturity.

Reviews tell everything! Unfortunately, this place did not have a single review and we mistakenly decided to chance it because of the «deal» we were getting. You get what you pay for is almost accurate here. I don’t even know where to begin with my experience with this service. First off, when the driver arrived, we saw him almost take a bicyclist down right before he stopped to let us in. Next wrong was we had ordered a 8 passenger stretch and a 6 was delivered instead. We told the driver that we had paid for an 8 passenger stretch and that only 6 people fit in back. He responds with, 2 can sit in front so that makes 8. Okay, in theory it can fit 8 people, but who the heck sits with the limo driver?! Not only did we not get what we ordered, the driver had the nerve to BS us. We can’t do much at this point since we need to get going to our reservations in Napa. So we get in, which probably wasn’t the best idea. We were told the limo’s were 2010 – 2011 models, but this car was nearer to a 2005-​06 model and had wear and tear all over! My seat had a 5 inch gap between the seat and the back rest and I could’ve fallen into the crack. The seat belts didn’t work. The inside wasn’t clean. The AC only began to work after we’d be driving for at least 30 minutes, while it was in the 80s in Napa, so it got stuffy and felt humid inside. The driver claimed that his GPS couldn’t find a winery in Napa that’s been around for years so we had to give him turn by turn directions from our iphone. Instead of enjoying our time, we were navigating for the driver! The guy couldn’t even follow our directions like he was in his own world or something. He kept texting or doing something with his phone while he was driving and not paying attention to the road. His driving was totally reckless. He didn’t even open the doors for us. We probably would’ve had a better time if we drove ourselves. I don’t think I’d even use this service even if it were free. If there are no reviews and the deal sounds too good to be true, it is probably too good to be true.
