They need more tellers here. Always long lines. Some tellers need more cash experience.

I went in the other day asking some questions about opening an acct. there. The teller was very helpful. He took care of me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pushed or anything. All the other banks I walked into were very pushy… I just want to thank Samir for helping me. I will be seeing them soon with all my paperwork.

Crystal Martinez is my personal banker. She is very perofessionl, informative and helpful. This branch focuses on customer service and I enjoy banking with them.

Went to wells fargo to help my 90 yr. Young mother in law transfer her ira to her saving account. It to 4 months for the brokage firm to release the money. Had to get an irs form from the bank. Took her in. They told her they had never heard of such form. Brought in a supervisor to tell her to not bother with the transfer. Went back later and found a female associate who gave me the form. Had my mother in law sign, got her to fax it in. Went down to the bank to finally do the transfer. Took 3 hrs. to finally see a broker. This was hard physically for her (health issues). Broker made her id herself. Then broker left to call firm for transfer. Came back and asked if I had power of attorney over her. I didnt as she is compentent. Asked her to open an ira to handle transfer. I explained the transfer was to saving acct. Broker asked me to sit in the lobby, while he talked to her. I asked her if she wanted me to leave. She said no. Broker said he couldnt do the transfer. I asked why. Said he couldnt discuss it with me. She asked why, and he wouldnt answer. Treated both of us rudely. Finally I told her it was time for us to leave. Told him he should be ashamed. We left. I got the vibe he wanted to be alone with her once she had the money. Didnt want me there to ask questions. Wonder how they treat their mothers. You people are a real piece of work.

Amazing customer service! We had a wire transfer and the staff and manager were very helpful, friendly and professional. An excellent experience!

Must say Crystal at her Wells branch desk in Pleasant Hill was fantastic. Someone had to have duplicated my Wells Visa card because there was a $ 20.00 swipe yesterday morning at BART & I was at home & haven’t been on BART in over a year as far as I can remember, plus I have not been anywhere near where the «card» was used! I phoned Wells but didn’t want my card immediately deactivated because it was Sunday & I needed it. No way to get an instant replacement. Stopped in today, deactivated my old one, got a 30 day temp & a new one is on its way. Plus the Wells rep I spoke with yesterday credited my account for the fraud! Friendly, fast & efficient. Thank you Crystal & thank you Sunday rep!

This is such a convenient location, the ATM’s are clean, and there’s plenty of parking nearby!
Everyone inside is really friendly & always greet everyone with a smile. Lines are never long when I’ve been in here, and they do move pretty quickly if you’re waiting behind a few people!

Poooor poooor customer service. The one on willow pass in concord is so much more worth the drive. The bankers who work there awkwardly stare at you as if you already have a low account balance and it’s so uncomfortable. In my opinion they took way too long

You’d think after having my B of A account since 1989, Id have had amazing customer service to make me stay that long. WRONG. I was just too lazy to change all my billing information to another bank. After the final straw with their inconsideration, I went to the closest Wells Fargo. Right away I was greeted and quickly assisted by Miguel. He was polite, efficient, attentive and most of all, knows his stuff. I have 3 jobs and I’m a full time student, so time is of the essence. Miguel was quick to set up my account, but answered any questions I may of had before I even asked them. The rest of the staff was amazing as well, from the teller to the manager. They were all assisting in my transaction and I couldn’t be happier with this new bank. Kudos Wells Fargo. I am impressed.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt valued as a customer. They opened the door to let me in, immediately greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Since I was finally changing my name (after being married for 7 years).
Ms. Crystal Martinez was the personal banker that assisted me. I always believe employees don’t get enough recognition for a job well done. She is a sweet girl, took care of absolutely every thing I needed even giving me a temporary card for my trip to Los Angeles, which I hadn’t thought about. She was just a pleasure to do business with and I really appreciated her help.

Occasionally sketchy people roaming between the ATMs… but I like stopping here with my grandma to get cash… especially when she gives me some.

Don’t usually go into an actual Branch location too often (more at the supermarket kind) But have been in this location many times. Depending on time of day you can get lines but from my experience it pretty good. Good customer service and convenience are two big benefits for me.

Stopped in to get my new ATM card pin # and the sneaky little jerk behind the desk ran my credit and applied me for a credit card. I had no idea until I received the information in the mail almost 2 weeks later. There isn’t much you can do once it processed, I’m not very happy at all so customers beware!

I will definitely come back to this Wells Fargo. It is close to my work and it is rarely busy. There is plenty of parking around the facility and the lighting around the ATM machines is plentiful. Makes me feel a little bit more safe when depositing my checks at night.

Stay far away from this branch! Long lines and employees who can’t speak english at all! Always some random employee (who doesnt speak english) greeting you as you enter. If you have a question they cant help. They say, «wait in line and someone will help you». Why have that job at all??? Id rather have the security guard say hi then some 8 dollar an hour WF employee.
I drive 8 – 10 miles out of my way to go to WC or Alamo and avoid this branch!

Some folks are shameless in terms of what they will write a review about. My favourite goes something like: «I stopped by, they’re closed». Another pattern is complaining about a business’ prices or practices without actually shopping there. The trusty Terms of Reference calls this Personal Experience and here’s my own almost shameless version — stopping briefly at an ATM to get money and then quickly leave.
Actually, my neck of the Pleasant Hill woods doesn’t have a handy bank or ATM and I find myself either here or the nearby Bank of America to get cash. Some might call it age, but a little money in my wallet is a good thing for incidentals, the few cash only places around (like the nearby Giant Chef Burger), splitting meal tabs, and leaving tips and other donations. I also appreciate this branch as it seems safe, is well lit, offers ample parking, and is a convenient stop off Contra Costa Boulevard and onwards to the Sun Valley Mall (if that’s your thing). The real bonus from getting money here (or any other place for that matter) is that my home bank is First Republic, all of my ATM fees are credited back to my account.
Oops! I almost forgot my last pet Review peeve — the folks who write almost the same review for multiple places! Case in Point — Eric B. and his Sun Valley Mall Bank of America ATM review. I really hate that guy!

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for years now and I have never had any complaints.
One time I went in to open a savings account and the man working there said he would not open up a savings account for me. I was shocked! Then he told me that the reason that he would not open up a savings account for me was because I already had one. I guess you automatically get a savings account when you open up a checking account. I never paid attention to that button on the ATM. Whoops.
I use their website for account management almost daily and now they even have a mobile application. Sweet! I also ended up cancelling a previous credit card and signing up for one through Wells Fargo because it is so easy to manage all my accounts on their website.
A year or so ago I noticed a random bill pay charge on my account. I had never used their bill pay system so I called their 1 – 800 number and the woman I spoke with was incredibly nice and immediately reversed the charge.
Compared to my experience with Citibank ($%@!&$), Wells Fargo is awesome.

Going into banks, is something I hate.
For paychecks, it’s auto-​deposit straight.
Cash? ATM multiples of twenty
Bills? I pay them On-​line aplenty
Balance and statements? I dot com
Web bank cash transfers to Mom
Problems? I call in on the phone
Resolve it with someone unknown
Order checks? I hardly run out
Check copies? Download them no doubt
Credit Cards? I’ve tried to minimize
Bank debt? Working hard to downsize
But on occasion, inside I must go
Unique transaction, not just plain dough
And entering, it is somewhat surreal
Due to the way they make me feel
Managers greet me in line
While tellers take there sweet time
Training tellers me think, in pairs?
While managers smile without cares
And I think, why not stop with your smiling?
Get to shortening the single filing!
Get me in-​n-​out, don’t wanna wait
Because stuck inside banks, I hate
