I started with Ashley at Benefit in Concord, followed her to Benefit in Walnut Creek, and literally tracked her down to her current location. She is amazing! I have tried other places and they just don’t compare. She is meticulous in her craft. Always asks what I expect before she gets started and if for some reason she can’t make that happen, she explains what she can do. –There’s only so much the woman can do if your eyebrows are sparse like mine :) — But she makes sure I am happy with the outcome. Believe me, these reviews are not fake. She is ALWAYS booked up; that wouldn’t happen if she wasn’t as great as we say she is because she does not advertise. You’ve either been with her since Benefit, stumbled upon her, or learned of her by word of mouth. Our amazing brows are her advertisement!

After reading the review in Unilocal,I decided to make an appointment for eyebrow waxing. I never had an eyebrow waxing before (I did threading), so I want to try it on. The problem with threading is sometimes good, sometime can be uneven which is a problem since I want a consistency.
I am glad I found out this place; this waxing place is a BOMB. The waiting room is very cozy, smells really good, and comfortable. Ashley is also very friendly and understanding. She knows what I want and deliver perfection! I literally fall in love with my eyebrow. Yeah, there was some redness in my skin but it is getting better after I wash my face and put moisturizer in it. Thank you Ashley!

Sooo I have a confession, and since I haven’t been to church in a while, I’ll spill my guts here:
I cheated. on my eyebrow person, that is. I was determined to find someone closer to home. I searched high and low. I inquired to friends in my area who had eyebrows on fleek. I even started going to someone who had stellar reviews on Unilocal closer to my home. Unfortunately, No one was able do my eyebrows like Brittny. Not even close.
I sucked it up and came crawling back to Brittny, and boy how I missed her so! So glad she took me back.
It is soo worth driving to her for fabulous brows.

Brittny is so professional and personable. I’ve been seeing Brittny for about 3 years, ever since she was at the Benefit Bar. She is the best and a perfectionist. I will not allow anyone else to come close to my brows. She books up quick, so call a month in advance to get your appointment.

Called and left a detailed message to make an appointment and to call me back. It’s been several days and no call back. How rude and unprofessional. Can’t believe Ashley has any clients or is running a business.

I’ve been going to Ashley for years now. I’ve followed her everywhere… Concord, Walnut Creek, and now her business in Pleasant Hill. She is the best! We’ve been working on getting my eyebrows to grow in thicker and she still gives them shape without hurting the effort! She’s always on time. I always feel like I’m talking to a girlfriend when I’m with her.
If you’re looking for a place to go STOP this is it!

I see Ashley and she has seriously rehabbed my eyebrows. I saw a woman here in Oakley for 10+ years when the service started waning so I asked a co worker where she gets hers done and she said Ashley or Brittny at the Waxing Studio! For the past few months Ashley has given my my arch back and my eyebrows are so much more even. I drive out to Pleasant Hill because its SO WORTH IT. $ 20 for eyebrows and she personalizes your service way more than Benefit ever will. She is very professional, always on time, and never rushes through me to get to the next person as she allots 20 mins between appointment times. Literally couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I don’t let anyone touch my eyebrows, except for Ashley! I have been going to her for almost 3 years, since she was at the Brow Bar. I like how they provide a private room, much better than getting waxed in the middle of a crowded mall. Ashley takes her time to explain to me the process of my eyebrows and how to take care of them as well. I recommend her to every female I know.

There is no one in town, or in the surrounding towns as talented as Brittny is. I was a referral and now am a loyal– and living in Napa and coming to Pleasant Hill for a 15 minute brow appointment would make people suspect that I’m wasting my time since there are other waxing «specialists» closer to my home town but NO. I refuse. This is how amazing Brittny is. The Waxing Studio is an appointment only studio. So don’t walk in thinking that their not busy– because I’ve seen Brittny’s appointment book, and it’s literally a struggle to get a lunch in. None the less, when you do schedule an appointment, beware, there is a jewelry case in the lobby and scarves and all sorts of pretty things so you may end up spending a handful more than you expected to.

Brittny is the best, you won’t leave unhappy. I have been going to her faithfully for almost 3 years and not once have i been disappointed. I have recommended her to people and they’ve become loyal clients as well. She’s sweet and so easy to talk to, i HIGHLY recommend her.
