I just called to get info for a friend and I asked if they took non-guaranteed reservations, the woman didn’t know what that was. After I explained, she said, «No». WHILE I was still talkng, she hung up on me. VERYPOORSERVICE. I still wanted to see if they had availability so my friend could call back with her credit card and make her own reservation. I called once before and got a similar rude reaction, don’t give these people money until they learn some manners!

I’m forced to choose one star because that’s how Unilocal works, but it should be ZERO. Dingy, dark, and who puts heaters on the ceiling? Unbelievably rude staff. WiFi is complete garbage. They don’t understand that if you advertise WiFi, it must actually be there. Otherwise, it is false advertising. They tried to claim that it was«complimentary, and not a standard hotel service anywhere.» Oh wow, what century are you living in? First they admitted it wasn’t working. Then one of the women got nasty and said that I was the only one complaining. Well, make up your minds. Is the WiFi down and you refuse you go troubleshoot or is it just my room? Either way, I can’t work. And if I can’t work, I can’t stay. Called VISA and told them to refuse payment, because I left and they would not refund me. Also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. It was THATBAD. Sad, really. It would have taken 15 seconds to reset the WiFi. It would have taken 60 seconds to refund my credit card. But, internet reviews are forever. (The good reviews on here must be under different owners in years past, because I wouldn’t stay in this place again even if it was free.)

Worst place I’ve ever seen. The guy told me all he had was smoking left so I checked it out. I was tired so I said what the heck. After being in there for 2 hours I couldn’t stand it. The place had dirt everywhere I looked. The bathtub looked moldy all the way around. There was no way I was going to get naked in there. The tile threw out the whole bathroom looked as they would in a Bronx heroine party place. And to the least my nose started to clog up cuz of the cig smoke. I asked the guy for another room but he(PAUL) the desk manager said I’ve laid in the bed and and used a towel. It was obvious in my face my allergies to the smoke were affecting me. I never asked for a refund just a cleaner room which he had but my comfort was not important. I turned on the heater to try to ventulate the smell of mold and all it did was shoot out a cloud of smoke. The front door was so damaged u had to pull with all your might to get in. I checked out and lost my 80 dallors. But when I went down the way to pleasant hill inn they gave me half off the room !!! They felt bad that I got robbed :) skip this place and go elsewhere. it’s a few $ more but trust me. today I woke up sick and I was only in there for 2 hours. I wish I could give this place a half of a star only cuz … ough. I can’t even think of a reason. I will be reporting this place to BBB for its poor service and OSHA for its discussing room(the pictures i took are so discusting). Thank you Paul(manager) for the horrible service and insulting remarks. Good luck to you Paul :) your a douchebag. And for not giving a s*** about customer service. Because of you this is the worst motel I’ve ever seen in my life.

This is the worst hotel ever. I paid 72 dollars for a whole in the wall. It was overpriced and the damn outlets didn’t work. Then the front desk manager had the nerve to tell me that there would be no water the next morning! I would never come back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I left smelling like cigarette smoke and I don’t even smoke! A one star isn’t even suitable for this place.

I was happy with this place until my feet turned black and sticky. This is after I’d taken a shower, so glad there were extra towels, since I went right back to the shower. We stayed the night(thank goodness for flip flops), since it wasn’t worth moving over and we only there for one night. We stayed earlier this year, so if you can check it out before you stay, you might be in luck. The room was the least expensive I could find in that area, and it was huge with closets, 2 bureaus, micro-fridge and a table. The air freshener smell was strong and the ice machine had a sign on it saying it wasn’t good for drinking(?!) But it was the ooky grime oozing out of the carpet that made this memorable in the wrong way.

Man this place is awesome. Its only $ 76.00 on the weekend. The staff is very generous and the rooms are extremely clean. The rooms are very roomy for the price and staying here can be very relaxing. With a liquor store, Safeway, Nations, Starbucks and various other strip malls and stores across the street this Inn makes a perfect weekend getaway or a midweek hideout.
