I specialize in Swedish, Deep-​Tissue, Myofascial Release, Soft-​Tissue Release, Acupressure, Pregnancy, Chair and Foot Massage. I mainly do full-​body massage, but will cater to specific areas of pain if needed. I am also available for mobile massage to come to your home or for Spa parties.

I went to Mckinnon in Oakland, CA for school. I got interested in massage because I love to help people. I instantly feel in love with the practice due to watching people’s pain melt away and being able to build a strong relationship with my clients.

During your first visit we will have a consultation, free of charge, to discuss your goals, past injuries and what modalities will work best for you. No matter what massage style I am doing, I always use more than one technique to allow my clients the maximum benefit during their massage. If you can’t afford weekly massages, (most of us can’t) I recommend you get your body on a schedule and come the same day every two weeks to a month.

Every massage is individualized for every client! I allow you to relax, but also help relieve your pain.

History

Established in 2007.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2007 and I am state licensed. I am also insured. CAMTC # 37 319. I always keep my license and insurance current.

I started learning Swedish massage first and was instantly opened up to a whole world of knowledge of the body. I quickly signed up for many other classes to expand my knowledge and expertise in the massage field. I continue to take classes to stay up-​to-​date on the latest modalities.

I knew I wanted to continue doing massage when my own pain and injuries instantly melted away due to massage. Being able to see people pain-​free because of something I did is so beautiful and rewarding!

I am 26-​years-​old and grew up in the Bay Area! I have been a Massage Therapist since 2007. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Soft-​Tissue Release, Pregnancy and Acupressure. I am located inside Cosa Bella Day Spa & Salon in historic downtown Martinez. We are a full-​service spa and salon so feel free to come for more than one service like a luxury facial and soothing massage!
