John Erdmann, DC

Dr. John has helped me with many physical difficulties, most recently a sore and slightly swollen foot from stumbling on a little stump or twig on a walk in the woods. He is very caring and has always taken the time to address my current concern.

Dr. John is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I chose him primarily because he does muscle testing, and I have not been disappointed. He takes time to be thorough and explain what needs to be done and why. He always takes the time necessary to make life better. I had a foot numb on the bottom for years. One adjustment and the foot is no longer numb.

Dr. John is relaxed and really helpful. The truth is chiropractic kind of freaks me out but Dr. John took the time and let me know what was happening. My upper back was sore and I had no idea why. He fixed it! I really feel good, no more pain. A couple adjustments = well worth it.

Dr John truly wants to find underlying causes of your discomfort. He is friendly and he will give you an honest assessment for how many treatments he will need to treat your issues. I would recommend getting a through exam even though it costs a little more and takes longer initially. It will save time and money in the future because he will have a better idea of what to do form the beginning.

Dr. Erdmann is FANTASTIC. I guess i am a skeptic at heart… and when i came in with my initial shoulder issue, i didnt come in believing he could help but i had tried everything. Dr. John helped me a TON. I have been in for back pain, neck pain, pulled muscles, diet issues, etc. He is a pro. VERY consultative and education based in his approach. I have entrusted my 3 kids with him in with various issues and he has helped EVERY TIME!

I love going to see Dr. John! He has so much knowledge and wisdom in treating any problem you may have, physical or emotional, he will get to the root– the real cause of the problem. It is always an interesting adventure and I always leave feeling taken care of. I especially love the NET technique he uses to find the emotional reason why you are holding onto pain in the body– it is so right on every time. Dr. John is very compassionate and kind– you will feel safe with him :)

I was recently referred to Dr. John from a few friends for some shoulder pain that I was having. I was very impressed with him. He is awesome — so much more than a regular chiropractor. He is generous with the time he takes with you, patient and caring and really helped me. In just a few visits my pain went away!

Dr. John is AWESOME! We took our 10 year old son to him after trying unsuccessfully to figure out why he was such a mess physically. During his very first appointment Dr. John diagnosed two food allergies that in and of themselves have changed his life. Dr. John has also worked with our son’s gait and structural issues that were beginning to lead to serious problems. My son now walks straight and holds himself better. Dr. John has worked with him physically and emotionally. My son has not been an easy straight forward case, with the food allergies, structural issues and some other layers of problems that little by little Dr. John is figuring out. At this point, our whole family has been to see him and he has helped each of us with our own various aches, pains and weaknesses. Dr. John is very intuitive and caring. I trust him with my family and highly recommend him.
Update: I inflamed my L5, yet was quite sure I only pulled a muscle and kept trying to push through it. I got to Dr. John barely able to walk. He got me going again and gave me clear guidance on what to do and not do through the healing process. I am up and running without a problem. As I am literally up and running, I hurt my knee and, as with the back, didn’t want to stop running. A visit to Dr. John revealed that it was not a tear or something requiring rest but actually an overly tight quad. After a week of pain that was keeping me up at night I left his office with out any pain in my knee. It bothered me after my next run but as soon as I stretched properly and used a foam roller it stopped again. No problems 5 days later.
When Dr. John is confronted with symptoms you can almost see the wheels turning in his brain as he analyzes, tries something, rethinks, and work it out until the issue is resolved. He has a gift.

Very concerned with my health, he was able to take my pain away and was very friendly. I would go back.

Dr Erdmann is amazing! He is an incredible healer and has helped me with so many problems. He has a unique approach to chiropractic and combines applied kinesiology, nutritional counseling and neurological system support.
He is very generous with his time and REALLY listens. He is also very respectful of my time and is very prompt with appointments.
