Structural Integration Rolfing, Deep Tissue bodywork, Therapy Providing Therapeutic Relief from Pain, Stress & Trauma 21 years in practice.
Structural Integration Rolfing is used extensively to treat sports injuries and pain. It is a systematic approach to overall wellness. It works by counteracting the effects of gravity, which over time pulls the body out of alignment.
Are you stuck in chronic pain and discomfort?
Do you suffer from the effects of chronic stress and tension?
Are you unable to recover from old injuries or accidents?
Do you just feel «out of whack»?
Have deep tissue massage, chiropractic and other modalities failed to help?
Rolfing Structural Integration restores resilience, balance and wholeness to your body. How is Rolfing different than say, deep tissue massage? First, the Rolfing touch feels different. Clients report that it’s slower, more specific and penetrating than deep tissue massage.
History
Established in 1993.
I opened my practice in the Spring of 1996 after graduating from the «re Source of Bodywork and Massage Therapy» in Berkeley, California.
Before moving to Pleasant Hill, I spent the spring of 2002 in Japan and try to go back year few years. I really love being in Japan it seems to be my true home. A traveler at heart… I have spent time in the Great Himalayan ranges of Ladakh, India to explore, relax and experience life in another world.
He finds that practicing Bodywork helps him sink into deeper levels of compassion for others and himself. Being available and present in each moment of our lives is a key element to awakening. And, as for Gregory it is an honor and privilege being of service to others.
I’ve started my adventure here in Pleasant Hill… and what I bring with me are well-educated and intuitive hands. I am a focused and dedicated therapist… and enjoy bringing the goodness of bodywork and massage into people’s lives!
