Subzero Heating & Cooling

This is actually the second time I’ve had Sub Zero come out and help with my HVAC system. Just forgot to write a review before! Great service and have been pleased both times & they were 2 separate issues.
My home warranty company actually referred them when I filed a claim. They were prompt in calling right away (within minutes!) to set up an appointment. Very friendly, professional and worked quickly and thoroughly to get the issue resolved. The first time they came out (year or so ago) they worked with my crazy schedule and I was so grateful. Would highly recommend!

We have a service contract with a home warranty company, who told us that our A/​C repair would be handled by Sub Zero Heating/​Cooling. We were contacted promptly by Sub Zero to schedule the repair, they arrived within the «window» given, and promptly diagnosed the problem (s). One part was replaced the same day, but the other part had to be ordered from our Home Warranty company. Once the part arrived, Sub Zero came out promptly (again within the promised time frame) and completed the repair.
We were very impressed with this A/​C contractor. Very knowledgeable and capable. They are easy to contact and they did return our phone calls. Courteous. We would recommend them,
NOT happy with home warranty company’s response time in sending replacement part… but that’s another story!

They came out to fix my central air today. They were sent through my home warranty company and they were very good. Came on time, had me up and running in 10 min., were very nice and also gave me some tips to help the system run better. I would definately recommend them.

Great company great ppl fixed my heat with no problems I recommend them 100% they gave me a open window and I advised them I needed a call ahead which they did was very nice and explained everything said if I had any questions don’t hesitate to call any time. Awaome company
