Get Swooped

Long story short Dave brokered a ride for my group if 10 going to and from the Greek Theatre. Concert went later than they normally do and, although we agreed to meet at a certain location, when we arrived there after the concert, the ride had already left and refused to come back AFTER WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE WHOLE SERVICE.
Dave refused to do anything about it because he just ‘brokered’ the ride so it ‘wasn’t his fault’. Paid 300 $ for a ride one way to the greek from Venice. I gave him a chance to make things right but he just stopped answering me. I definitely recommend using another service unless you want to get your money taken.
