I have taken my son here two before and things were fine. But when I called to make an appointment this week the receptionist was rude. I asked for an after school appointment. It was not an emergency, so I was completely willing to wait a few weeks to get in at that time. I was told (rudely) that I was going to have to be more flexible and take my son out of school if I didn’t want to wait quite awhile for an appointment. Keep in mind I never said anything about needing an appointment within any specific time frame. I did ask if I should call back later if now was an inconvenient time to call. I made an appointment for a week out– no big deal.
Later I decided I was not going to give this place my money if they were going to be rude when I tried to make an appointment. Sorry– I have now made an appointment elsewhere and we will never go back here now. When I cancelled my appointment I was just a little surprised that I did not get asked if I needed to reschedule. We are a family of 4 that would have been loyal customers– but that is your loss. I am taking my business where I am treated with dignity.
