Eclipse Fitness

Only in town for one day and as usual, I was trying to find a good class. This seemed like my only option. I called and they said a day pass was ten bucks (affordable!). They had their schedule posted online and I checked out the video of their boot camp. To my surprise-​the instructor was the one in the video (she was gorgeous and ripped-​just how I like my instructors:)) (also there were two hot ripped instructors!) first off as a new timer I was welcomed and all of the ‘regulars’ helped me get the right equipment and were so nice. (How refreshing). The class was challenging and the music was rocking. I loved this class. The facility was clean, open and bright. When I got there the guy at the front desk knew I was just in time and said just come here after the class to settle up! How cool. I loved this workout and the people were fantastic.

Seems like a great gym in the Plattsburgh area so far. The fitness center is 24 houra, 365 days a year.
There is a small exercise room downstairs with a few ellipticals and treadmills as well as different weight machines, meant more for beginners.
Upstairs is much larger with a lot of cardio machines, as well as more advanced weight machines and free weights.
Eclipse has a group fitness schedule that changes as well.
The locker room is a decent size and is clean. The lockers use digilocks on them which are electric locks that use a 4digit personal code each time you use a locker. These are very easy to use and great bc you dont have to buy a lock. Locker rooms also have both a sauna and steam room as well as showers.
The gym is also connected to the comfort inn hotel which makes it very easy for hotel guests to use the fitness center
