It seems everytime I go to a Dunkin Donuts location in Plattsburgh, and ask for decaf, I’m not given what I order. I am sensitive to caffeine and can only tolerate so much. When I drink half of a coffee of what thought was decaf, I begin to get sick. I don’t appreciate it and stressing decaf doesn’t matter. If you make a complaint, you get nowhere.
Please don’t give regular coffee to those who ask for decaf. There’s a reason we ask for it.

Very attentive. Clean. Staff is very accommodating.
Been going here for 15 years on and off when I’m in the area.
Staff might change, but their commitment to excellence is unrelenting. You gotta love that even at a franchise business.
I go in the mornings, and the staff is excellent. I don’t know what it is like outside of the morning hours, but I assume that it is run well throughout the entire day.
