Business Owner

We are Amy Pohle and Tiffany Donahoe. Platteville natives with a passion for local, fresh, and homemade food. With over 37 years of experience in food preparation, event and menu planning, and small restaurants, we combine our flare for food with a passion for supporting our fellow small business owners.

Leaving our corporate jobs behind, we researched, created a business plan, and applied for funding through Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SW CAP). Since then, we’ve contracted with many area businesses to use local and fresh meats, cheeses, and coffee.
