The location itself is great! Very clean and organized. We stopped by to order a sub. We were assisted by the Deli’s assistant manager, Kim. The service was great and the sub delicious! The one thing I still find hard to believe is that we ordered a combo, when we went to get the fountain drink the soda needed to be replaced, we asked 3 different employees. after 10 minutes of wait we decided to switch back to just the sub and grab a soda bottle, as noone ever replaced the fountain drinks. The cashier appeared to be having a bad day, as she just grabbed the sub and threw it on the other side of the register, and did not bother to even greet, just said what the total was and moved on to the next guest.

I love everything about this Publix. I have been a loyal fan for 17 years but the deli here is a disgusting joke! Why wear plastic gloves if your going to scratch you nose and not change them! I had asked to speak to a manager who said«I’ll look into it» so I left my entire cart full of groceries and went to Publix at Sawgrass Square!

Not certain why I bother with this store. Today there were two people in front of me at the deli. I waited 11 minutes for them to be served. Then my number was called. It took 10 minutes for three items of a half a pound each. A similar scene plays out each time I visit them. Does no one notice the line or how the customers loose their smile after waiting for so long? Sure, they offer the order your deli meat ahead of time but who wants to pick up your order after so many people have touched it rifling through to find their own order. Occasionally managers walk throughout the store and wish people a good day, but do they ever ask«How can I make your shopping experience more pleasurable?» The cashiers ask if you found everything OK but when you say you wish this or that, they say they have heard that sentiment before. But does anyone ever take action? Why is it that no one takes the guest experience seriously? Very disappointed.

I Love this Publix! They have the most helpful and friendly employees of any grocery store that I’ve been to in the three states that I’ve lived in! Best ever :)

Nicest of Publix stores as very clean and a truly great staff. Great seafood department too! The only issue is that it is sometimes hard to get parking, lot gets full!

Always my favorite food store! They have terrific bakeries. Try their fresh baked breads for holidays or everyday. Love their rye and challah! Birthday cakes to order are always delicious! They even make cupcake birthday cakes. Fresh deli with Boars head meats and cheeses are the best. Try their fresh made subs made to order! I enjoy buying my produce there. Everyone is so very helpful. They live up to their tag«Where Shopping is a Pleasure».

I’ve been to plenty of Publix growing up in south Florida and this is probably the best. The deli is always fresh and constantly cleaned. The fish market is always displayed wonderfully and the lady behind the counter always greets us with a smile. I come every week and there is never an issue. The lines are quick and some of the bag boys walk you to your car and help you with your groceries. I thought that was a myth! The only thing that bugs me a bit is that when it’s around closing time the veggies aren’t restocked which is totally understandable. If anything I ask someone on the floor and they are happy to go to the back and get you what you need. Don’t even get me started on the bakery. Warm deliciousness awaits. The free samples are just to die for.

Shopping is really always a pleasure here. While it is not the most up to date Publix, it is clean and always have everything I need in stock. They even have a dining area if you feel like eating that delicious sub you just bought. I just happen to love Publix subs. I also like that you can order it online and pick it up. So glad they came up with that! They don’t have a hot bar like other newer Publix, but they have an olive bar, sushi, subs, rotisserie chicken, bakery and some pre-made items. Publix fried chicken is one of my favorites. I know people out of town that HAVE to have Publix fried chicken when they come in town. But you have to get them while its fresh. All of the associates are friendly and fast. Never had a problem using multiple coupons. They were also very accommodating when I needed to exchange the flavor of Gatorade I bought and didn’t have a receipt. It’s a decent Publix if you live by the area.

I purchased a personal sized bread pizza from the bakery. It looked so good I couldn’t resist and Jolanda was so sweet. She was eager to help me and to stick the pastry pizza in the oven for me and heat it up. It was just What I wanted, not too big like a sandwich but just enough. This publix is laid out differently than most others, maybe it’s older but it is very clean and things are easy to find. The staff was also very friendly!

Out of every Publix in Broward county, this one is by far the best of them all. You will hardly ever see lines, and if they do start to form, registers open lightening fast. The store is extremely clean, and can be seen being clean through out the entire day from vacuuming the carpets and cleaning spills, to dusting vents and scrubbing registers. The staff are extremely efficient, and are always willing to help customers find an item by walking them to it.

This Publix isn’t as expansive as the behemoth off of University in Plantation, but it does the job. I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. They have a deli, bakery, and seafood counter, a good wine selection and an olive bar. The employees are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The only complaint I have about this store is the parking lot. When they are busy, it stinks. I have driven around for ten minutes looking for a space that wasn’t fifteen miles away. I do appreciate that it is close to my house, and I usually don’t have to drive to any other store to find what I need.
