Awesome mattress and great customer service!!!

I’ll start with the store itself. Easy to find, well lit, pleasant staff. There was no pressure and we tried out just about every bed they had there. Our kids were welcome to try them out too. All of our questions were answered and we were asked some questions about our sleep habits so that the right mattresses could be recommended to us. I think we were there for about an hour and not once did I feel rushed.
We decided on the purchase. It was an easy transaction and delivery was set up for the following week. Easy. The delivery was painless too. The mattress came in a long box which we got upstairs and opened. Once opened the mattress was able to breathe and become its full size. Pretty cool to watch. We started sleeping on it that night.
Fast forward one week… Each night since we got it, I get into bed and say «aaahhh» and I smile. I keep forgetting about my mattress until I get on it at night then I’m so happy all over again! It feels like I’m sitting or sleeping on a cloud. I knew we needed a new mattress and I knew whatever we got would be an improvement over what we had before. I let my husband be the one that had the final say in what was picked because it really didn’t matter to me as much. I figured a mattress is a mattress. I clearly have never had a good mattress before because this is beyond what I thought!
Usually I am excited to travel because the hotel bed would most likely be more comfortable than my old bed. Now I wish I could take my mattress out of town with me when I travel! I don’t understand the negative reviews that I just saw. I had such a different experience. I would highly recommend this company for a great mattress. Well worth the money. I know I’ll be happy for a long time. Thank you, Nature’s Sleep!

This is an update. After having this Nature’s Sleep Memory Form Replacement Mattress for the Sofa Bed for 4 Months, It is the WORST Purchase I have ever made in life. My Back is Killing me so Bad, I had to take off of work. I can still feel all the Bars Coming threw this Mattress. I have Rotated, Flip it from Side to Side just to get some Comfortbilty. THIS MATTRESS IS A PIECE OF SHIT!!! DO NOT BUY THE MEMORY FORM REPLACEMENT MATTRESS FOR SOFA BED YOU WILL SO DISAPPOINTED

Now, it is my time to write this extremely nasty review after a tough battle and a lot of gross inconvenience and hassle with this company. If you don’t have the time to read my review, please jump to the conclusion that I am not saying anything but it is such an extremely nasty experience and I don’t see at all that this company is honest. Avoid them at all cost. They are very horrible. Do yourself a favor and search on them and you will see by yourself that they rip off people. I have all my proofs that I can bring to show how nasty this company is and it is my honest duty to warn you from them.
I did order the 10″ Martinique Gel Memory Foam mattress over the phone. The company did not send me any receipt that states the item name except after they delivered the mattress. After the mattress was delivered I found that it was not the mattress that I ordered over the phone. They only sent a receipt after the mattress was delivered which was very nasty of them and unfair. It is my right as a customer to see the receipt after placing the order.
I called several times over the phone and they kept ignoring. I did put all my experience on facebook and they kept deleting it. I don’t see them honest as they are supposed to keep all the reviews and what they customers think about them.
Later on the day, someone from the company called and he did threaten me and asked me where I was originally from and I felt that he was a racist. He also threatened me that he had friends in the homeland security and he could put me in trouble. Is this how they advertise themselves?
After several attempts with the merchant they refused to give the money back. Then someone from the company called me over the phone trying to convince me that I received the right merchandise. They refused to put this in writing as the item I received was never the Martinique Mattress that I ordered. He later mentioned to me that I could return it for refund.
I did return the mattress and the company accepted it without providing any refund. I had to complain to consumer protection in Florida and I was standing on their nerves and they finally provided a partial refund.
You can do your own research online and see the nasty experiences people had. Based on my experience and the research I made, this is a very nasty business and I very strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs. I have all the email communication with them along with the pictures showing what they sent me which is very different than what is in their website. They wasted me a lot of time and caused a lot of headache.
Conclusion: Avoid them at all costs. This is by all honesty my worst experience in dealing with an online merchant. I honestly don’t trust that the positive reviews they had are real.

I measured this @ 4″, not 4.5″. We feel the metal frame. For our company, we used it as a topper and kept the bed open. It was great as a topper. But, now what do we do with it?

I cannot give anymore praise to the customer service of this company! Not only were they prompt to respond to my email, they shipped me out a new mattress within hours of requesting it, due to a packaging defect. Love the bed, but the CS made my experience 5 stars! Worth every penny.

I bought the sofa bed memory foam mattress, and I absolutely love it. I tested it out because I wanted to make sure it would comfortable for my guests. It’s so comfortable, I’d be more than willing to let my guests sleep in my bedroom, and I’ll take the sofa. :)

I feel like an angel sleeping on my Belize mattress! At first I had an issue with delivery but Millie in customer service worked with me, so kindly, so friendly, and arranged for the pick-​up of the wrong mattress and delivery of the right one. She was prompt to reply to my calls and e-​mails as well. I found this company a delight to deal with and I love the product!

Ugh I love this mattress so much. For years I’ve struggled with back pain, butt pain and even leg pain. Once I starting sleeping with my new memory foam gel Natures Sleep all of that pain has vanished I mean completely gone away! I can now continue my career in the NFL and soon compete in the 2016 Olympic Games as I take the gold medal in the Disc.

Best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had! You cannot beat the comfort of natures sleep or the incredibly helpful staff! I haven’t slept this good in years!!!

I was having trouble deciding between the Sapphire and the Glacier and their rep was more than gracious in helping me decide which one to buy. she really spent a lot of time helping me and I’m so grateful for that. it’s hard these days to get a company to even give you the time of day — let alone the 30 minutes we spent on the phone. Thank you nature’s sleep for making my transition from a Tempurpedic a breeze– will recommend to others!

This company is so great I had to join Unilocal to give my review. I have spent a lot of money on a Tempurpedic and after struggling with it for years I had to call it quits. I’m a big guy and I was way too warm at night. I really wanted to love it after I spent $ 4,000 but it was torture. Finally I made the decision to buy a mattress with cool gel woven into it. The Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme does not have cooling gel. I did a LOT of google searches for the best cool gel mattress and Nature’s Sleep kept coming up. The prices were high on their website but I found a 50% off coupon and spent considerably less than I did on my Tempurpedic. Fast forward 2 months and here I am, sleeping cool just as I was hoping for. It makes a huge difference not to feel like I’m sleeping on hot quick sand any longer. Great purchase.”

This is my first ever Unilocal review because I was so impressed with this company. Between me changing the shipping address as well as the pillows that I wanted, they were more than accommodating to my changing needs as I played the role of a difficult customer! Hehe. 5 stars all around. I love my mattress and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The sales staff here are no pressure and just answered my questions. They led me to a temperpedic alternative that is just amazing and a fraction of the price. I sleep better than I have in 10 years on the Sapphire gel 12“bed. They threw In the delivery and even helped with the tax. They made it easy to shop, buy, and most importantly, feel good about the purchase.
Then — 6 months later when I needed a guest bed, they gave me a good deal on a full size mattress set for the guest room.
No complaints about the experience

Awesome!!! I have one of the queen gel mattresses and a few their pillows. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I shopped around for a little while before purchasing from them and I feel that I definitely made the right purchase. Highly recommend their products. Super quick shipping. Friendly customer service. 5 stars.

I bought the sapphire gel foam mattress. It is hot and I roll into my partner every night when I sleep. Took over a month to reach customer service. I thought they had sent the wrong mattress because it is so uncomfortable. I didn’t get any returned phone calls until I wrote an honest review (more than a month later). They promptly deleted my 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd review on their website. I bought the bed based on the reviews but it looks as if they delete all reviews which are not perfect. The owner threatened to sue me for writing a review. Will never do business with this company again. Stay far away…

Not a fan.
Mattress is extremely hard, its like sleeping on layers of cardboard.
Also they have a terrible return policy and basically «don’t guarantee comfort» those were the exact words verbatim.
just don’t do it…
there are a million mattress stores that offer trial with excellent return policies.
In the end Nature’s Sleep is just bad business.
