Jet Clean

Jet Clean is pretty much the only place in the area that has switched over to ‘wet cleaning’ technology. In other parts of the country this is already the new normal, but South Florida seems to be taking a while to catch on.
If you’re looking for a way to avoid the really harsh chemical solvents used in old school dry cleaning (google PERC) and their health consequences, this place is for you. My clothes came out really clean and they smell way better than old school dry cleaning.
My suits, wool pants, shirts all came out perfect. They are also really friendly and are hard working small business owners!

I started going here purely out of convenience because it is the closest dry cleaners to my home. The people who attend you are not all that welcoming but I really didn’t mind that since I was just going to pick up my dry cleaning. But my husband decided to take a couple of suits to get dry cleaned and since he was dropping them off asked for them to be altered at the sleeve. Just to take them up a half inch. When we got them back they did a HORRIBLE job on both. So much so that we are afraid to take them back. The lining was sewed on wrinkled and the stiching was so bad it’s already coming loose. The hem was not done evenly around and the ends were not pressed after the alteration. The suits had a line of buttons and they were sewn on crooked. I don’t know who is responsible for this but they should not advertise that they know how to alter anything. I am now on the lookout for a new dry cleaners in the area.

I am so relieved to find a new environmentally friendly dry cleaner! Yay! It is convenient, too, near the intersection of 595 and University, next to the IHOP. I think the business moved recently due to construction in the complex. However, just look for the «Cleaner» sign a few doors down south of IHOP.

Good service. Plus no chemicals. I didn’t give 5 stars because their turn around time is a little ridiculous. I took a suit and they told me it wouldn’t be ready for 1 week!

I have been going to this cleaner for the past 5 years and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The customer service is fantastic, and they take such good care of your clothes. Also, I really like that they are green and don’t use any harmful chemicals. The prices are very fair for the quiality of service you get. My husband really likes that they replace all his shirt buttons when they break, and I love that they have alteration to fix my pants and dresses. Thank you so much for keeping me and my family happy!
