I sent emails with pictures of exactly what hair color I wanted. I went and the color was nowhere near the color I sent them. I wanted gray/​silver with a tiny hint of blue and instead i got bright blue with hints of green and yellow. I can no longer get the color I originally wanted because my hair is so blue that nothing can be done now. They offered to «fix» it but clearly stated that they could not fix it to what I originally wanted… so why would I go back to them??? The owner Zobe’s true character came out when I politely requested a refund and she proceeded to get EXTREMELY nasty and screamed at me saying, «If you have something to say, you need to come say it to my face! I don’t have time for your nonsense to be on the phone.» But let me say this… when I was a prospective client she treated me very kindly with compliments left and right. Once they screwed up my hair and I was an unhappy client, she mistreated me severely… these are the moments that show a business owners true colors. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I just moved to the area and needed to get my gel nail polish removed. I popped in and Elizabeth took off my polish and was super nice. She gave me lots of advice about dr’s and good places to eat. She was professional and the salon is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be back to get my nails done by Elizabeth when I have more time. I had already made a hair appt with someone else or I would have tried them as well for hair.

Kady did a cut & color — OUTSTANDING! Haven’t had a perfect style like forever. The salon isn’t a cramped layout — large & beautiful. Like laying in a recliner to have your hair washed. Very happy & satisfied.

I have been going to Marisa since 2012. I trust her with my hair! I have a lot of hair! And it’s frizzy and long! She makes my hair look amazing every time! She listens to what I want and she makes sure she understands your request. She listens!
It has always been so hard to trust someone with my hair. I trust her! I even trusted her to give me a bob cut a year ago! And loved it!!!

We followed Kat here when she was practically forced to leave Michael Scott (as with most of the MS staff when Trini took it over). HSS has a very friendly staff, and they offer a great range of services with affordable pricing. I am here once a month for a men’s cut, my wife comes regularly for cut & color, and now that our daughter is moving way past her toddler days, her regular trims are here as well.
I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and its employees. Come for the haircut, stay for the mani-pedi’s :)
