Established in 1998.

A full time Realtor since 1998 and lifetime resident of Fort Lauderdale, Debbie has extensive knowledge of South Florida and has sold homes throughout Broward County. Debbie got her start in Real Estate with Prudential. Her mentor, Wayne Sechrest, was on the cutting edge of technology at the time, creating Virtual Tours and posting them on the «world wide web». Debbie went on to become a top producing agent for Prudential, winning numerous awards and also volunteered for many years on the Grievance & Professional Standards Committees for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors. In addition to continuing education, Debbie has obtained numerous designations & certifications. Now with Coral Shores Realty, Debbie remains focused on helping people with their Real Estate needs in a professional — yet friendly & caring manner.

Having moved to Fort Lauderdale when I was 5 years old, I like to consider myself a «Native» Floridian. My personal life consists of my husband of 22 years, our 20 year old son, my mom, and our Labrador Retrievers. My girl «Spirit» is pictured in the photo.

Going back to 1998 and my first Real Estate business card, I had a top producing agent tell me that I was making a BIG mistake, putting my dog’s picture on my card with me. She said it was unprofessional. I went against her advice and have had one of my sweet Labradors on my business cards ever since. I’ve never regretted it and feel my life has been enriched, having met so many wonderful people over the years who share my love of dogs.

When not listing, showing & selling houses, I teach a dog obedience class and enjoy going for walks (with Spirit of course), boating, reading, movies and all that good stuff!
