Best Name Badges

I have dealt with this company many times and am always impressed with the customer service (very knowledgable staff) and the speed in which they ship the products. Thank you, Best Name Badges for coming through for me again! You are truly the BEST!

I dont even feel like I can give 1 star, that is how horrible this place is. I understand there can be turnover in employees but I have gone through two sales people and my badges are still not here and I paid for them on September 12^th. I have called AND emailed and requested to speak with management and no one has returned my calls.
Now it is just principle, want my money back.
DO NOT order through this company. BIG MISTAKE.

I have to say, this is the second issue with terrible customer service I have received from this company. I was sent an email by Sam Dusenbery yesterday, assuring me that the issues I was having with my proof would be resolved and that they «have been extremely busy with new and returning customers.» Yet, the issue I was having was not about the time it took to get a response (though, it did take too long, in my opinion) but the fact that I filled out a whole inquiry form stating EXACTLY what was to be done and ended up having to go back and forth way too many times. I might as well have designed the whole thing myself! He also said «I will be calling you just after this email is sent to discuss your concerns.»
No call was received at either my work or cell phone.
So, I called today to follow up with my concerns about the customer service I was receiving and the lack of attention to the initial form I sent out. When I got connected to him, I asked him why I had not received a call and he stated that he did call both numbers, but he got voicemails. I asked if he left a voicemail and he said, «No, I figured you would call back later, much like you’re doing now.»
Absolutely egregious! When you state you’re going to call someone and they don’t answer YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I said to him that I had an issue with this, because it seems like he didn’t call at all. He then cut me off in a very snippy tone and said «Well, you’ve called now, what is it you’re having issues with?» At this point, I had had enough and stated that we would be taking our business elsewhere. I will also be making it a point to write a review stating my frustrations with the lack of customer care with Best Name Badges on every social media platform I can. If you can’t get a simple proof right, why on earth would I trust you with my business?
Update: I was contacted by one of the lead managers, Ryan, shortly after I left a review on the «How am I doing?» link of the emails I received from Sam. He explained that he had listened to the call with Sam and completely agreed that he was too aggressive and should have left a voicemail. I told him that, although I appreciate the effort, I would still be taking my business elsewhere. He then tried to win me over stating they were short staffed and he was going to ensure things were made right, but by this point I had had enough.
I strongly suggest using another company.

Absolutely terrible company! I had an issue with a lost package and their response was: «The package was supposed to be delivered. We don’t know what to tell you. Go talk to USPS and take it up with them.»
Starting from the beginning, I get an email saying my package was delivered. But, it never was.
Over the next five days I leave 3 voicemails and send 2 emails for someone at the company to try to find out what’s going on. Including emailing the customer service supervisor, Sam.
After several days I finally get a call back from my account rep. I pick up my phone and there’s a bored voice with a nasty attitude that comes on and says, «Uhhh…yeah? I guess someone called from this number and wanted me to call them. Do you need something??» Completely different attitude from the cheery, professional emails she sent me when she was making the sale and taking my money. And once again they can’t help me… unless I want to pay them to re-​ship my items with premium fast delivery and sky high delivery costs including insurance and pay for it to be certified.
In dealing with this whole thing,
has been completely unprofessional with totally rude, unprofessional customer service. The last time I spoke to them I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told, «Ok. Fine!» Then they transferred me to an automated company voicemail and I haven’t heard back from them since.

Worst. Service. EVER!
I began ordering from BNB in September of 2011. At the time, service was outstanding. Always received my orders in a timely manner and was truly impressed with the service. I’m not sure what has happened since then, but beginning in late 2012, as our company started to expand and we started to place more orders, the service went sideways. I received completely incorrect orders, never on time no matter how much I call and try to get assistance.
My most recent frustration is that I placed an order on 2÷18÷2015. I received a shipping notice on 2÷23÷2015. (Invoice #123 762) At the bottom of the email, there’s a note that says, «Generally, there is a 99% chance the package will arrive within 1 — 4 business days (U.S. orders) to your address…» I AM in the US and it’s been 4 weeks and still NO sign of my order. I contacted Sam, the manager on 3÷9÷2015 and he assured me that he would put a rush on my order and get it overnighted to me. I never received a FedEx Shipping Notification and of course, never received the name badge I NEEDED by the next day. I have a new Director of Marketing two meetings with no name badge. It may sound trivial, but when you’re a small company trying to make a big impression so you can grow, these things are extremely important.
When I called today, Andrienne informed me that I should just «email Sam» because he’s busy on the production line. I’m not sure what type of customer service tactic this is, but it’s one that would get me fired from my own job.
At the end of the day, I strongly advise others to consider using a reputable, local business that has your best interest in mind. Not Best Name Badges. I am so disappointed in the multiple times they have failed my company. They talk a good talk, but unfortunately, they cannot seem to deliver.

Can’t ask for better service. I have a busy life so a company that goes above and beyond the average requirements in order to make my purchases fast and hassle-​free is a winner to me.

This company is a true joke. I ordered 2 USA Swimming officials badges and they never sent them. After a month, I contacted them and they claimed to have no record of my transaction. I emailed some so-​called manager named SAM who never responded. I sent him images of the receipt as well as the charges from my card, to no avail.
They have a bunch of ignorant minimum wage knuckle heads who have no idea whats going on or how to help anyone. But interestingly enough, while they have no record of my order, they are fighting me to return my money. What a crock. Please find another vender. This one’s customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible.

Updated: Ryan I called your organization 5 – 6 times to repeatedly be told I was crazy and that I ordered from some other company. I am sorry, but if that’s what you think is excellent customer service then that explains the huge snafu in this situation. And of course it’s my mistake because I ordered «credits» what in the world are credits. If I go to your website to order badges how am I ordering credits. Might want to fix that as well. I followed a link ordered badges typed in info and never received badges. If yall knew there was such a mistake before I even called then contact me. That crap about we did not have any way to contact me is also a lie. Yall had my credit card and info. If You and your organization knew you did not deliver my badges why would you not have simply credited the money back.
I get it you are the «Man in Charge» and its your job to defend your company, but yall screwed up and you and I know it. How about you fix this so yall arent taking advantage of and trying to rip people off. And then blaming them for it. How bout you better train your call staff.
You would have never gave me my money back if I had not followed up and you know it.
I can see now why AZ swimming dropped their association with your group.
