These people are are the typical Liars in the auto business. I hate liars hate ducking liars!

I wish I can put zero stars!
We took my husband’s car into be looked at because it was making a screeching sound when he hit the brakes. They sold him brakes that he didn’t need because the sound continue to happen even after they supposedly fix the problem. Then they try to tell him that he needed 2 struts on his car because one of them was leaking and there sold in pairs. We called another place… Davie Garage (the best place to go to)… and they said that because he has such low mileage on his car, around 50,000, there is no need for new brakes or news struts.
We will never return to this place, I suggest you do the same.

Man, before they changed owners, this spot used to be my go to for oil changes. Unfortunately, they’ve dropped the ball since.
The last time I was in, the gentleman at the register was on the phone — he ignored me and spent 10 min on phone while I just stood there. No acknowledgement at all. I think that’s a little rude, no? At least say, «Hey, how are ya? It’ll be one sec.» — event a head nod and mouthing the words «be right with ya.» would of been acceptable. The whole situation was super awkward… and I left my car. A few hours later I was back and on my way.
The wait here has always been pretty ridiculous — even before they changed ownership. You will usually want to leave your car there — and have a ride to work/home…or I guess you could wait in the waiting room.
Another time I came in with a nail in my tire. Same dude said I needed to leave it… so I did. I had already put the spare on, so I left him the tire, so they could patch it. I asked him if they want to take a quick look, to make sure, and he said it would be fine and to leave it. So I did. I came back before they closed — to find out that they couldn’t repair it. He never took my number so of course he couldn’t call me — and I wasted the whole day thinking they were going to fix it. I ended up having to take it somewhere else the next day.
I’ve since found another place in my area (actually closer to home) where I’ll be getting my oil changes.

This people pull a dirty trick on me and will do the same with any one. the worst is that they will do it with a smile on their face
Goodyear products are know for its quality, but the sales men on this particular place are no good. I took my car on Oct 2014 for tire replacement and alignment. First after they put the tires he came out and told me the car was all done. I saw the car coming from the lift with new tires but skip the alignment machine. I questioned the sales men and he argued with me. I challenge him with his mechanic and find out it was NOT done. They took the car to the alignment machine but 15 minutes later he came back and said it is all done, I ask for a copy of the alignment he told me the printer was not working. 10 MONTHS later after the warranty had expired I notice the car pulling on the rain, when I ck the tires where totally gone on the inside. I did not bother to Ask them because it is out of warranty and there is nothing I can do. I am a ex-​technician,

Plantation tire is absolutely awesome! I get all my work done for my truck here. I never have to worry about them up-​charging me or ripping me off. Very honest and trust worthy. The staff there is also very welcoming and polite! Highly recommended taking your vehicles here.

Anthony is truly amazing! After bringing my mini van to 2 other auto shops and just about to give up, he knew what I was talking about within minutes of describing the problem. We brought it in and a problem that had been unresolved for over a month was completely resolved in 2 hours. Very professional and fabulous customer service.

I’m very happy with my experience here. I called with 20 minutes notice towards the end of the day because I happened to get off work early and needed my oil changed and they happily took me, service was fast, pricing was very reasonable, they’re offering a special on oil change on their website. And they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of things wrong with my car. I would recommend them!

Just received my second set of radials from plantation tire. Great and speedy service, very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable desk staff. Would recommend these fellas to anyone, thanks.

First, the good. The employee that I dealt with in getting tires was very professional and polite. Additionally, the price I received for my tires was better than anywhere else I could find doing online research. So for that, I am happy.
However, I arrived just as the store opened to get four tires (total cost just under $ 700). The tires were not in stock and had to be retrieved from the warehouse which oped at 800. The sales person said he would take the old ones off and have the truck ready to go as soon as the new tires arrived. To me this seemed reasonable and I said it would be okay and I did not mind waiting. With that I understood that I should be out of there around 9 o’clock. It seemed reasonable to me that it would not take more than an hour to change out tires. However my truck did not even go in for the alignment check until 9 o’clock. Furthermore the truck he sent to pick up the tires from the warehouse did not dispatch until well after eight. So it was not available to get the tires as soon as the warehouse opened. Knowing that there is typically severe traffic in that area at that time of day they still sent the truck late and wasted almost 2 hours of my time before even starting on my vehicle. The remaining days were not full when I got there and the expectation is that I would not need to wait three hours to spend nearly ¾ of $ 1000 on tires. All throughout this time I saw several technicians standing around or on their phones and doing little work.
This location is clearly more about selling me tired than customer service. And while they do a great job at having tires at a lower price they seem to not value customer service is highly. I think in the future I won’t rather spend a little extra money and have the customer service better then try and save to have my time squandered.

Excellent service. I have only great things to say about this place. Even if I tried to nitpick something I couldn’t. Will definitely be back next time I need new tires or an oil change.

As my go to Oil Change place shut down and reopened as a big national brand, I wasn’t comfortable paying $ 12 more for my oil change.
I headed over to Plantation Tire Center when I saw the the Unilocal reviews were good.
Walking in, I was immediately greeted and they set me up with an oil change. He told me it would be about and hour and a half — I told him I’d wait. About 45 minutes later the car was ready — the gentlemen mentioned he would try to get me out as soon as possible and he wasn’t kidding!
The mentioned my tire pressure light was on and that they leveled out my tires, but the light was still on. The tech that had the machine to reset the light was not there, but that I could bring back my car and they’d reset it for me.
It was $ 32 and while not the cheapest I have gotten, the convinience of it being so close to home and the great staff will make this my new go to oil change place. See you in 3,000 miles!

Less than 2 weeks after getting the tires, one was already nearly flat and the others had lost significant amounts of air. Well not surprisingly, when I took the car back Sears told me they couldn’t help me. That’s when I did my research.
After looking at the Unilocal reviews I decided to give Plantation Tire Center a call. Best decision ever! I spoke with their sales manager, Anthony, who is the nicest, funniest guy, who genuinely wants to help make your day better by getting your vehicle fixed quickly and at a great price. Long story short, my rims were worn down making the seal between them and the tires leaky. The techs at Plantation Tire Center were lifesavers and when I told my dad the price he couldn’t believe how low it was (especially for South Florida) He says he hasn’t stopped kicking himself for not doing his research and going to Plantation Tire Center originally.

I have always been nervous about garages. But, when my 1999 Jeep broke down a few months back, I had to bring it somewhere. Let me tell you, this place is AMAZING! Fair prices and if they work for half an hour, you’re charged for that. Most garages will charge you the full rate.
You can tell moral is very high. Everyone is nice and very helpful. They won’t make you feel dumb for not knowing how to explain something or for having a problem.
I’ve since upgraded to a new car — and wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Don’t believe me? Check the place out for yourself.

Going on a coworkers recommendation, I dropped my car off at Plantation Tire earlier this week in need of 2 new front tires. Danny got me what I needed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Upfront, polite, no BS. Very happy, will return as needed.

I love food. I know hair. Car lubricants? Tire alignment? Uh– no.
I needed a simple oil change and check up. I picked this place because it is very close to my office. I also heard they give a discount to those who work nearby. (They do — ask about it. It’s better than the teeny AAA discounts.)
I walked in with a «don’t mess with me cuz I’m a chick in an auto-​shop» swagger. I assumed my wallet would be taken for a ride and my $ 19 oil change would turn into a $ 1,000 engine overhaul. (Not in MY house mofos!)
I actually was taken for a ride — but just back to my office. They offered to drop me off as a courtesy and pick me up later if needed., and complimented me on my blouse. I still kept my swagger, though (you can’t fool me with your courtesy and compliments — um — you mofos!)
Turns out, the guys here just want to give their customers really good, knowledgeable service at a fair price so you’ll keep coming back and refer them to all your family and friends. Imagine that!!! Almost unbelievable. I think the Tooth Fairy and Santa get their brakes done here.
I came back to Plantation Tire when I woke up to a flat front tire– in Weston. I was thinking all of my tires were on their last legs so I was prepared to buy 4 new ones. Instead, I was told I really just needed 2 and to put the new ones in the front, get aligned, and be on my way. I also knew my battery was old and tired, but they cleaned it up and said not to worry about a new one for now if my wallet wasn’t in the mood. (It wasn’t.) Yay!
As I sat waiting for my very reasonable bill to be printed, I looked on as a mechanic very patiently answered a myriad of questions from a sweet old lady, while a big motorcycle dude was chatting up another mechanic about something to do with hogs. I had to leave, or I would have taken notes on the conversations. Great entertainment.
So now I’m swagger free, well oiled and aligned and happy to know that not every auto shop is out to take you for a ride — except back to your office.
