A-1 Auto Detailing

Better than I expected. The main spots that was of concern was the front floors, very stained from years of juice ketchup and god knows what else. He did a good job removing those stains. The seats were not that dirty to begin with but I thought they would look better than they did. Over all the guy was nice and got it done quickly in an hour before the rain came. I gave him a 10 dollar tip.

These guys are great! I have used them twice and both times they were on time to my work location. Very convenient and accommodating for same day service. Professional, friendly, and affordable. My car is always spotless because they pay attention to detail. Thanks guys for continued great service. Highly recommend

Sloppy job. I paid for inside detail and some obvious spots were not even touched. I was very disappointed with the results. I am usually an easy customer but this was beyond any poor service I have ever had when I got my car detailed.

These guys are amazing! Extremely professional and very competitive pricing! I was looking to get my headlights restored and the engine cleaned on a 2008 BMW 328i. I first called «the headlight guys» and of course it was $ 100 and they could come to me for over a week. So I found A-​1 detailing online. Called up they got me an appointment the same day. Super nice and funny guy came to my job I showed him the car and gave him the key. Honestly for $ 55 for the headlight and $ 55 for the engine clean I wasn’t expecting much. But much to my surprise an hour later they turned out phenomenal! I was shocked how good it came out, wasn’t expecting that at all!!! That guy was amazing! I still can’t believe he got it so clean! Thank you so much A-​1 detailing! I will definitely being trying out your car washing services and I will be calling to get another car of mines headlights done!

They were on time, courteous and the price was reasonable. The office was beyond friendly and helpful. I plan on using them again. The car looks brand new.

A-​1detailed my car today. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and efficient in completing the work. I thought the price was quite reasonable. I would certainly use them again. FYI, I hired A-​1 because of a negative review here on Unilocal and the way that the owner responded and clarified what had happened.

I’ve been meaning to write my review about this service for several weeks, but I kept getting sidetracked.
I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend’s 5-​series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don’t work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2 – 3 hours, they can’t come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time.
I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information.
The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there.
The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don’t know how many detailers they have, but if you’re able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car!
When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went.
All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work.

Horrendous customer service! I had called ahead of time to schedule a car cleaning, and asked if the pricing was affected by the condition of the car, I was told «no, of course not». A-​1 was 2 hours late for the cleaning, then proceeded to tell us that the estimate we were given was totally wrong and that to clean the car it would be $ 95 instead of the originally stated $ 62. The main office was no help at all with the issue and the person actually started yelling at me on the phone and not listening to the situation in any way. In the end the person just finished the seats they were cleaning, were paid for that and left. Absolutely horrible experience with very rude and disorganized customer service. Would NEVER use them again.

The crew at A-​1 Auto Detailing is is simply marvellous. Had both my cars done last Friday. They did a great job inside and outside.
