I love coming here. Every time I come, I get great service. My favorite is Angelic and she is an amazing new server. I bring my children in once a month for a mommy and daughters night out and we are always happy. I went in tonight and we loved the fajitas. The endless chips and salsa are delicious and their pizzas and wings are great too.

Had problems with hair in the food. When I complained the manager said nobody there has hair that long, insinuating I was lying and must have put the hair there myself. When I received the new plate of food, damn if I didn’t have hair in it again. The waitress saw it but ignored it. I pulled it out of the food in front of her and she didn’t seem to care. She just thought I was a pain in the ass. I never went back. If you withhold your money from these problem places, they will fold.

Stopped here for a carry out. When I arrived I parked in Togo area. There was a notice at the Togo area to see the bartender. The place was dead, 2 customers at the bar and 2 bartenders working. One of the bartenders walked away and the other acknowledged me, began speaking to one of the ladies at the bar, who is clearly a regular, about something in the newspaper. She picked up the paper from the customer and started reading it, while I was standing there waiting for her to ring me up and give me my food. Who does that?! Food is typical for a Chilis.

Out and about just killing time we found ourselves in Plant City and hungry. So Chili’s it was. I’ve always like Chili’s, was a favorite lunch place for my co-workers and I when I lived in Ca. Today I ordered the California Chicken Flatbread. It was huge, way too much for me to eat alone so had plenty to bring home. It was quite good, tender juicy chicken, great sauce and veggies. A nice big iced diet coke filled out the meal. Service was good, our waitress very friendly. I believe the price was $ 8. Not bad at all. And I had enough for another meal and the waitress gave us diet cokes to go. Who could ask for more?

#271 Out and about way out in the country trying to get lost and where do we end up? Plant City. All roads lead to somewhere and the one we were on lead to the Plant City Chili’s. I’ve been a fan of Chili’s for quite sometime. Way back when their ribs were yummy and when wife brought home left over fajitas from her office lunches they were also delicious but we hadn’t been to a Chili’s in quite some time. Too many BBQ places here for ribs and the fajitas? Well that was just a memory but now being confronted with a Chili’s now, right in front of us we thought we’d try it. Although it’s been many moons since we were in a Chili’s they haven’t changed at all. Good? Bad? It’s still comfortable enough and didn’t feel dated. There weren’t very many people in there, it was an odd time, between lunch and dinner, so we got waited on right away. I thought I’d try to relive the fajita magic. They had added pork carnitas to the protein selections, I ordered steak and carnitas. Wife ordered a flatbread with chicken and all kinds of other goodies on it. The food came out in good time, my fajitas sizzling away. Wife’s flatbread was a mile long. The fajitas were just as good as I remembered and plenty of them. Way more than I could eat and wife had some steak and onions just because she loves them so much. I tried her flatbread which was surprisingly delicious. Glad to see Chili’s, although it looks the same, has a more choices menu and still delivers. We’ll try to visit more often, still love those fajitas.

Came with a group of ~25. The waitresses were so nice! They were courteous and kept up with the orders. The food came out at a time expected for 25 people. We spent a few hours there. I got the burger sliders which came out very good. Overalll: good food, good service, and a good time.

Main course came out before appetizers on a Thur s. night. Fail! Only give you 3 tortillas with the fajita trio, fail! Come on, tortillas are like so cheap! Disappointed.

Hit and miss with this Chili’s. Dirty glasses, dirty plates and silverware. It was so bad that their corporate Office sent me money to eat at another Chili’s. Fries taste like they were cooked in dirty grease and left to sit for an hour. This Chili’s seems to be pretty typical for bad. It appears that many people have just accepted it and eat there. I have found other Chili’s in the area where the food is much better and cleanliness is much better. «If I wouldn’t eat it or serve in it or on it at home, I shouldn’t have to deal with it when I am out paying for it!»

Food was awful. Fries tasted weird, burger greasy. BLT lacked the B there was one strip and the house salad … straight out of a bag for sure.

Great burger and fries, I had my reservations because of poor quality food a few months back.
