Z’s Florist

Not the best place for value, placed an order online and the arrangement was smaller than expected. It looked good, but was not impressed by the pricing !

My parents live in Plano and this is absolutely my «go-​to» florist so that my mother feels special and that she is getting a thoughtful gift with creativity involved. I visited the shop once also and everyone is as delightful in person as they are over the phone. They’ve done some spectacular things for me over the years.

Ordered 2 dozen roses and asked to include some white accents. Delivered without them and flowers were already in full bloom and lasted only few days. Not going back. Will look for another florist.

I stopped here on the way to the hospital to see my friend. Florist was very busy and it was right at a close time of the shop. But she was nice to me and helped me to wrap the flowers I chose and it was really not that expensive at all. Plus I saw all the ready arrangements for pick up and they were gorgeous!

Stopped in today for a birthday arrangement. They assembled it on the spot and did a beautiful job. Flowers are fresh and gorgeous.

I live out of state, but send my mom flowers a couple of times a year. I typically use a site such as FTD, and hope for the best. I have been disappointed a couple of times. I decided to contact a local florist on my own, using Unilocal reviews and photos to choose. I’m glad I did! My mom’s arrangement was delivered to her office three hours after I ordered from Christy! The flowers were gorgeous, just as promised, and more importantly, my mom LOVED them (as did her co-​worker). I saved Z’s number and will be using them in the future. You will not be disappointed with the quality and service received from Z’s.

Ordered the white garden plant from their online site. Upgraded to a deluxe package and Paid over $ 60. It was delivered quickly however it was just a basic boring green plant. It was a birthday gift and I even believe the recipient was disappointed also. She sent me a picture and it didn’t have any flowers or Ivy like the one in the photo.

This is the best florist in the metroplex. Make ordering flowers easy on yourself. Stop worrying about if she needs Stargazer lilies or tea roses or those weird colored daisies. Your conversation should go something like this…

“I’d like to order flowers for [person]. I’d like to spend X and pick them up on [date and time].”

I never give any specifics about what the flowers should look like and always wind up with something super huge, dense, and unique and wonderful, even if I’ve called only a few hours in advance. Of course, he also delivers. The flowers also smell great too. Floral but also crisp and herbal in a way. I’m still looking for perfume that smells like a Z’s Florist bouquet.. .

Just had an anniversary arrangement created and delivered by Z’s in Plano to my wife’s office. She absolutely loved the arrangement. Importantly, bathe flowers were obviously very fresh … No wilting/​fading around the edges as I have sometimes experienced elsewhere. In her business life, my wife has ordered countless floral arrangements and she said hers was as nice as any she has seen. Thanks much and I will definitely return as a customer.

We have used z’s twice in the last month for my mother who lives in Plano. I have to say, being someone who doesn’t send flowers often, their service (same day in both cases) and the quality (my mom sent us pictures) are just absolutely top notch. I will never use another florist.

This florist deserves five stars and not four!

Last minute I need a delivery for a funeral. I have serious doubts it can be done in less then 3 hours way across town.
I reached out to the good folks and they gave me great recommendations for a nice plant that was just right and delivered on time like I hadn’t frantically heaved up a Hail Mary to get it done.
They were priced very nice and the results were better than I expected. They even coached me through an appropriate message which was appreciated during an emotional time.
I will make sure to use them as my go to flower people.

I couldn’t be happier! The service was amazing, so easy to work with and extremely helpful. I ordered flowers for a friends bridal shower at the last minute and it was no problem for them. They had my order ready to go and the flowers looked amazing!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently had been looking to get my Mother who has been ill a Great Birthday gift that would help lift her spirits. I live in San Diego, so I have no way to buy flowers locally, so I first went through Teleflora, but to my dismay after the fact found so MANY bad reviews.
So I decided to look for someone local to the Frisco Area, I was able to find Z’s and I knew that they may not be able to provide a perfect match of what they showed online, but the flowers my Mom received were absolutely gorgeous. So much so that when I called and she found them on the porch she began to cry tears of joy. So I just want to say thank you to Z’s florist for really making my Mom’s birthday and Mother’s day nothing short of Special.

Flowers look great and they made Mother’s Day a breeze. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Most of all the service was super fast. Only place in Plano I could get my hands on some special order peonies. Be careful walking out though. Some type of vortex at the door draws a lot of window outside so protect your flowers wen you leave. Other than that I highly recommend this flower shop!

Impressive and very satisfying experience with Z’s Florist. I ordered a $ 40 arrangement for my parent’s 35^th anniversary over the phone from out of town. Having never used this florist before, I went solely off of Unilocal ratings for Plano-​area florists and, quite honestly, got really lucky. My only instructions were «use your best judgement and make it as nice as you can.» As you can see, they did just that. Delivery was timely (within 4 hours of my phone call) and the service was very friendly. Totally reasonable results for the price.
Highly recommended vender for flower delivery, even day-​of. Granted, it was a week day. I wouldn’t recommend waiting until the last minute on a weekend and expect the same results. It is important to note that I didn’t give them any special instructions. Also note: there is a $ 40 minimum.
TL/​DR: friendly, quality service at a reasonable price.

Always a disappointing experience, why do I keep doing this to myself.
They always substitute flowers, and it is always to the detriment of the piece.
Look elsewhere.

Nice people but didn’t look like my picture I sent. It was my wedding flowers and looked nothing like what I wanted. It’s my wedding day and I’m in tears. Not happy at all. Steven needs to see the colors you want not just the name of the color. Ill never recommend these people. It’s my wedding and it’s ruined.

I know nothing about what kinda flowers to send or what looks good, but the lady at Z’s Florist really helped out. I needed a big, pretty, colorful arrangement for my grandmother to be delivered that day. They really exceeded my expectations and delivered it on time. Best part was they were able to do it for less than I anticipated spending. I’ll definitely reuse them.

I do NOT recommend this florist. I chose this florist based on Unilocal reviews (albeit for the Coit location) to order a flower arrangement for my mom for her birthday. The arrangement they delivered looked almost nothing like the pictures — I know florists have the right to substitute in the arrangement based on availability, but not one flower looks like what was in the picture! The vase and ribbon are different too, and add to that that it was just very poorly arranged.
It’s amateur hour at Z’s florist. Stay away.
