I walked into Wendy’s with a smile on my face and an empty belly ready to chow down. I’m disappointed to report that one of the employees,(who shall remain nameless) named Devin with an O offered extremely slow service. Other than that the food would of been fine if it weren’t for the pestering flies all up in my grill. End of review –Drew Freeman

I mean, it’s a wendys… Always friendly and fairly quick. They run out of potatos and chily fairly often and last week they were out of ketchup… Ketchup… At a burger place…

Its Wendy’s so not much more to say other than the food is exactly what you’d expect from Wendy’s. There is a gentleman who works at the Drive Through, African America, Tattoo’s on his arms, and he wears a crucifix around his neck, I wish I knew his name because he’s the nicest person. Always asks me how I am doing and has a smile on his face. Its really great service like this that sets fast food places apart from each other and I am a big stickler for customer service.

I come to this location a lot and never have any problems. I mean, it’s a Wendy’s. The staff has always been friendly and they have never messed up my order.

The food was the same as the other locations, but the little contact I had with the employee wasn’t so awesome. He really seemed like he did not want to be there and was monotonous. In the middle of giving him my order, he interrupted and talked to another customer about their order… –Normal Wendy’s food, but below average service

Not a good Wendy’s. We love going to Wendy’s but this location is dirty and the employees were rude. We went there a second time and an employee was eating chicken nuggets on front counter while serving customers.

The food here is no different than any other Wendy’s, but the service is horrible. I went in Wendy’s and ate and I ordered a cheeseburger, plain and dry. I was surprised when I received a triple bacon burger drenched in mayo and mustard. You might as well randomly point at the menu and order whatever your finger lands on based how bad the service is.

I have eaten at this Wendy’s almost every Saturday evening for 2 – 3 years now. Normally I would give this place 2 stars for tolerable. Out of the past 10 times I have gone in the past 3 months only 1 time was it so good that I felt like I was in Dublin, Ohio across the street from Wendy’s headquarters. This past Saturday I order off the cheap menu 2 things… One Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, one Chicken Go Wrap and a Large soda. I pull out 6 dollars and have the change in hand. I hear the counter guy say 8 dollars and some change. I was like WTF! I look up again and the prices have changed to 2 dollars on everything on the cheap menu. I then changed my order to a number one(single with cheese fries and a drink) and I order it biggie size. I pull out 7 dollars and have change ready. The counter guy goes 8 dollars(almost 9 dollars). I was aggravated at this point and wanted to leave but my friend had already ordred food and we were ready to go to our normal every Saturday evening event we go to. After waiting for a few minutes for the manager to clear the register, I then order a number 1 again but this time the«small size» $ 6.81(meh) I take my receipt and sit down. I then go and retrieve my order… cold slimy burger with a cold piece of cheese that was never going to melt. My fries were cold, overdone, dark and saturated with enough salt to «cure» them so if someone wanted them 3 years later they could eat them. I will NEVER eat at a Wendy’s EVER again! Not because of the bad food of this one location but because of the unwarranted price hike. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio(where they are headquartered and used to have the first store in downtown) and have very fond memories of eating at Wendy’s. So long Wendy’s…I am sure Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave right now to what corporate america has done to your once great place to eat.

Got to give this place the highest rating possible due to the outstanding service which includes the manager who gets orders our the fastest I have ever seen at a fast food place. The hamburgers even had a full piece of lettuce on them and not the shredded stuff that goes all over the place. The burger was cooked just right and the bun very fresh, The chili was excellent. Hot and full of meat. I can’t get over the outstanding service given at the counter. The place was very clean including the restrooms.

I ask for my burger with mustard. The girl I took the order from was Very rude pointing out it already comes with mustard. When I got my burger it had mayo and ketchup :(I took it inside and after 5 min the new burger was wrong as well. the girl told me I need to be more specific next time shoved the bag across the counter and walked away. I gave up and went to wataburger.

Wendy’s has the best chicken nuggets of all the fast food places. Get a baked potato and add cut up chicken nuggets on the potato and you have yourself a meal for under $ 3. You can’t beat that in today’s market.

Horrible customer service, horrible drive thru customer service, the food was horrible. When I ask for spicy chicken nuggets, I expect spicy chicken nuggets. Not 8 spicy and 2 regular. The fries were no where near cooked. The only staff member working there ass off was the cook. The young black girl working the register was very rude and short with her words. The young black boy working the drive thru was not speaking clearly at all, and was very short with his words, he acted like he did not want to be there at all. Overall horrible expierence with this location! Will never return to this location. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

I only come to this Wendy’s when it is more convenient from where I am/have been. Let’s just say, I never really get irritated when fast food places forget to give me sauces/extras, because I know it’s a little hectic sometimes and people can forget. It’s not a big deal. But this location seems to forget crucial parts of my meal, every time I visit. Today it was salad dressing for my meal salad, but don’t worry, I got the extra almond slivers. Last time it was a whole pack of nuggets. Time before that it was fries. I don’t expect much from fast food, but I do expect to get what I ordered, correctly. Atleast most of the time. I’m going to avoid this location from now on. I’m not saying the people who work there are mean/impolite or that I don’t like Wendy’s food, just saying they’re very forgetful, a lot.

The location is convenient for me– the service is generally responsive and quick. I LOATHE the new buttered buns. I got a double meat and cheese and the bun just killed the meal for me– I was so disappointed. Otherwise, it’s a Wendy’s…

As Jason M says, this place has great food and service. My only complaint… isn’t with the location, but what’s with the«In-N-Out» burger style wraps lately? Do they not know that their burgers, while juicy when properly wrapped… dry out VERY fast with the«open style» wrapping that In-N-Out does? If any owners of Wendy’s read this… get rid of those silly open wraps and go back to the foil wrap of the entire sandwich!

This place always makes my burger correctly and it’s still hot and juicy by the time I get home… a feat that the Wendy’s on Spring Creek(which is much closer to me) doesn’t seem the be able to do. I have only done drive-thru and the service here has been fast, polite and easy to understand.
