We just bought our first home in December with Wendy as a dual agent with the buyer, and the experience was very stressful. It seemed as if she had no concern for us during the process. I don’t know if it was the dual agent part, or being a first time home buyer, or knowing she had a sale but the experience was horrible. She was not patient, and didn’t seem to have our best interest in mind. A lot of our education came from our lender, and we seemed to be on the back burner the whole time. I would never suggest her services for buying a home especially a first time home buyer.

DO NOT use Wendy. She decided to represent the buyer and seller with out my consent and used high pressure sales tactics to get me to agree to a contract that benefited her and the seller and not me. When I disagreed, she said she would not let me out of the listing agreement. She would only let me out of the listing agreement if I paid her $ 1000 dollars.
