With an aim to prepare our beauty school students to be Texas state board-ready and salon-ready upon graduation, we pride ourselves on delivering a current and comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes hands-on experience. Our student-focused culture, technical approach, and commitment to education through innovation lay the foundation for successful cosmetology careers.

History
Established in 1990.
What began as a single salon near London, England, in 1963 has evolved into a worldwide brand synonymous with beauty education, fashion, quality, and innovation. The same passion that drove us to become leaders in the salon industry drives the success of our cosmetology schools, known as TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academies, worldwide.
Our beauty schools and hair salons have earned a global reputation for excellence through uncompromising quality and consistently updating our students, hair stylists, and technicians with the latest techniques.
The inaugural TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy in the United States, our Dallas area cosmetology school opened in 1990 and resides in the Mills Pointe Shopping Center.
Meet the Manager
Devon F.
Manager
What is the best industry– or technique-related advice you have ever been given? Be a hairdresser! Always be prepared, leave your bad day at the door, look the part, and elevate the people around you.
What is the best industry-related tip you can offer students? The 6 Ws (from my grandfather Marvin Faldon): Work Will Win Where Wishing Won’t.
Nothing comes easy. You have to work for what you want.
What is your favorite part of working at TONI&GUY? Teamwork. I really feel like we work towards a common goal to upgrade the industry through education. That means both our technical and soft skills.
What is your fondest memory of your time as a beauty school director? I love to help students stay motivated and visualize their success. If a student comes to me because they want to drop, I want to help them see the finish line and get there. I love it when they knock down the self-inflicted obstacles. They deserve to have a cheerleader in their corner, and I want to be that girl!
